Can’t rate the food because it never came. We ended up leaving before it even was started, I fear. Sat for an hour total before giving up to leave. The server was nice but took other orders (from folks who arrived after us) before ours. Also ordered a juice I had to ask for from someone else because it took 30 mins. It was three of us with two very young children who were all smiles and well behaved for the fifty five minutes but then got fussy. The fussiness is my problem I know- but, when a table of five adults arrives well after you and orders before you and gets their food before you… not good. Won’t be back.

Probably the worst service experience I’ve ever seen. I was sat down with my partner and was offered water and coffee. After accepting, the wait staff completely ignored us. We had to walk over to the two staff members chatting to get our coffee. Then we had to ask to receive cutlery. Mind you, we witnessed other customers who came in after us receive more attention, better service, and their coffee and water as soon as they sat down. At first, as two former service workers, we were empathetic about the overload of a diner for a Sunday morning brunch. But when things emptied out and the wait staff continued to forget our existence to the point that the line cook had to go out of his way to bring us our food because it was sitting on the window, it got to a point where it felt that this treatment was purposeful. The food is standard and good, but the service by Lisa was abhorrent. Cheers to the line cook for being a standup guy.

I’ve been to Twin City Diner twice now since the new ownership took over, and both times the food and service were solid. Friendly staff and a good local vibe. The only thing I’d point out is that the vinyl tablecloths could use a deep clean—there’s visible dirt in the little textured pores. Not a huge deal, but something to keep an eye on.
One suggestion: I highly recommend switching to the sausage links to the ones at Shields Meats in Kennebunk—hands down the best around. Definitely worth trying!
All in all, it’s a nice and welcome change. I appreciate seeing local diners keeping things fresh while sticking to that classic comfort-food feel. I’ll be back.

Was here today , our waitress was great . You can tell she was new , so I don’t really understand the review below . Or the other negative review my wife and I happen to hear the conversation take place and the waitress did everything she could and was suppose to the group came In sat themselves the owner went right over and greets them I was with my family of two children and my wife. They were very very busy with one server on and one cook . Great staff and great food
That group of kids straight up mocked and made fun of a disabled person wheeling by and the waitress did nothing. But kindly ask them not to speak about people like that and informed them he was a regular. I left a $15 tip after that . Twin city has been a staple of Biddeford for a long time. We will keep coming back.

First thing when we walked in we didn't get greeted. We order our food just for them to come back 3 different times to tell us they didn't have what we ordered. The server was very unprofessional swearing at us. When we asked for our checks they stood in the back staring and laughing at us making us feel really uncomfortable. We ended up getting our checks from one of the cooks because the server didn't want to bring it out to us. I believe that if you were to want to go to this place you already have to be one of there regulars and if you are not they will not treat you with respect.

I have NO idea how anyone could possibly give this place less than 5 stars! Stopped by for breakfast with my son... had the breakfast burrito that came with a side of home fries and he had the French toast. I'm a picky eater, and have literally eaten all over the world... I swear on my mother's grave, this was possibly THE best breakfast burrito I've ever had. & if not the best, then top 2 or 3! If a normal breakfast burrito and a fajita had a baby, it would be this. The sausage was perfectly spicy and the veggies and onions were cooked to a perfect soft but crunchy consistency. I had sides to apply to it, but after the first bite I didn't want to mess with perfection! And though I'm normally not a home fries fan, being much more fond of hash browns, these were the best home fries I've ever had... perfectly crispy and seasoned... I enjoyed every single bite. I'm not a huge eater, so I was completely full after the meal... but, dammit, I wanted more! So, while this rave review is based on that single meal, what a meal it was! Places like this make me wish I was a local. Maybe next time I'll try something else to see if everything is as good... but I will probably stick with my new favorite. ;-)
