I didn't even get to order. I walked out. The rudeness of one employee yelling at another employee was one of the worse experiences I've ever had. The bathroom was disgusting and there were people making out on the sidewalk. Never will I go here again. Wendys is so disappointing.

No reason at all to be yelled at here for kindly asking about a mobile order and then being told it was picked up way earlier in the day by someone else, when the order was placed 20 minutes prior. Not looking for anything here , I'd never go back again.

I made an online order at 7:30pm. Went to pick it up and the shift manager literally yelled me and told me someone picked up my order at 11:30am, and said there was nothing they could do. Then one of the polite workers came and handed me my order. No apologies or anything. Incredibly rude and I will not be returning or picking up from Uber Eats, as I also work for them. Completely unprofessional

I'm not blaming the staff working there because they are obviously understaffed. There was spilt and dried orange soda inside all over the floor in front of the soda/napkin/condiment station..I saw there was a long wait with cars so I parked and went in to order. Took a long time to order due to people in front of me not able to sort out the tablet ordering system. Staff were trying to tackle the dinner rush and had trouble being able to help people place orders. Frosty was melted and the burger was cold and the soda needs more syrup/maintenance because it was so off. This is a management issue in my opinion. I love Wendy's so I'm bummed this is my local option.

Very fast friendly service. Food was hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean and inviting.
Nice and clean restaurant. Service was okay, we got our food, but not much in terms of associates interacting with customers. I don't think that the kiosk ordering is doing their customer service any favors. You put your order in, pay with a credit card and no customer interaction other than when they are handing you your order. A lot of the times you don't get acknowledged, not even a smile. At least the food was good! As far as parking goes, plenty of free parking!

Pulled up to order around 4:00pm. Waited easily 5+ minutes while the cars 2-3 cars ahead of me ordered. After placing my order, I come up to pay and was told to pull up so they could get my chicken sandwich ready. After seeing multiple cars get their orders and leave, I walk inside to see what’s going on and I’m told it will ready soon. I was already late to work. I didn’t have a minute to spare. I asked for my money back, and was met with a super rude manager and a bunch of excuses. If you can’t run your restaurant, maybe you shouldn’t have a managerial position. Simple as that. You could also inform people at the time they order that everything is moving slow.

I love those big chunks of lean beef in Wendy's chili, and it was nice and hot. I usually put one packet of hot sauce into the regular size and two into the large cup. You can add onions and cheese, too, if you want for even more flavor.
