Food was alright but that was about it. Should consider heat over air conditioning in the dining area when it's barely 30° out. Just a thought...and would it hurt terribly to muster up a greeting or much of a acknowledgement from the crew to the customer??

Twice in a row I stopped to get my supper. First time I ordered a Dave's Double. The burger patties were overcooked and dry. The lettuce was one piece the size of a credit card. The second visit i thought I'd stay away from the burger and get the Original Chicken sandwich. Was told we don't have any mayonnaise, seemed odd but ok i guess. When I returned to the truck to eat instead of the better and more expensive chicken patty I ordered and paid for, I got that cheap processed dollar menu patty with another piece of lettuce the size of a credit card. I guess I'm done coming here to spend my hard earned money and not get the value of what I paid for or not what I paid for.

Sad, can't use cash, the food is barely edible and how can something supposedly fresh off the grill be ice cold by the time you sit at a table. The fries are like rubber and taste like they were made yesterday and reheated today. I used to like Wendy's but they've gone way down hill. Just a waste of time and money.

Honestly they should’ve been ashamed of themselves to put this sandwich together. It’s a waste of time and money buying from these fast food restaurants, it’s as if they’re giving away the food and you’re not paying for them. The lettuce and tomato was as if they stood across the kitchen and threw it on the bun…(whatever landed on it u just get). If I wasn’t in a rush tonight I would’ve made my own burger/sandwich like I usually do. The service was good but this sandwich was lack luster! And I really love Wendy’s but ugh

Don't go there late night. Even when they say they are open, I think it's more of the appearance. Because they shut fryers off and stop cooking food before they are actually closed. And give you attitude because you came. They will take ten minutes to make your food, even though they are doing one car at a time and there are like six people in there. Don't waste your time, money or gas driving over here for disappointment.

Very disappointed listening to My parents who are 80 tell me how they had not had Wendy's chili for some time and stopped by the bidderford location and asked for help in the self ordering as they are unfamiliar with the self kiosk process and had been told they were too busy to help them so they ended up leaving 😢 I get people are busy but I had worked retail for nearly 20 years...never too busy to help when asked
Worst service ever employees throwing stuff, cursing, kids in the store. Either a bad day or they hired the worst. I would be embarrassed if I worked there.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and got a greasy burger instead. Was covered in mayo and bacon was raw and chewy. Fries were hot! Bathrooms were cold and dirty.
