Best take out food around with pleasant seating areas inside and out. We always have the fried scollop lunch but lobster rolls and other fried seafood is also excellent. Has salads and hot dogs etc too. Seasonal and closed on Tuesdays. We have been coming here for years. Never lets us down.
The Fish Net has been an institution on the Blue Hill Peninsula for decades and there's a reason why. If you are looking for an authentic Maine experience you've come to the right place. The haddock is fresh, flaky and lightly battered. They let the fish shine which is what you want when you're having fresh haddock. The coleslaw is also great, it's dressed just right. This is a busy, popular roadside restaurant. There are small booths located inside, picnic tables outside, and another small dining venue in the back. \nWe ordered the haddock fish and chips, which comes with coleslaw. Very good homemade tartar sauce for dipping.
