Love the Humblebee Cafe and always look forward to stopping in for one if their extraordinary offerings!
I’ve only ever ordered two things at Humblebee Café — the Reuben and the Pesto Chicken Sandwich — but they’ve both been so consistently excellent that I haven’t felt the need to branch out. Every time I go, I leave satisfied, which tells me the kitchen knows what they’re doing. If these two sandwiches are any indication, the rest of the menu is likely just as good.
The Reuben, in particular, is worth a special trip. It’s rich, balanced, and incredibly well-executed — easily one of the best I’ve had. The Pesto Chicken is lighter but still packed with flavor, built on quality ingredients that taste fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
The space itself is comfortable and calming. Natural light fills the café through big sunny windows, and the kitchen’s energy adds to the experience — you can hear the team behind the counter talking and cooking with a kind of casual positivity that’s hard to fake. It makes the whole place feel warm and personal.
The food here tastes homemade in the best possible way — not rustic or imprecise, but intentional and dialed-in. Whether or not everything is made from scratch, it certainly tastes like it.
Between the quality of the food, the consistency of the service, and the atmosphere inside the café, Humblebee has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the area. Definitely stop in — and if you’re unsure what to order, the Reuben is a sure thing.
Great people, great spot. Food is always well prepared. Nice outside area.
Sometimes a little small for the price, but hey food costs affect restaurants just a much as consumers so what can ya do?
Excellent food and experience.
Breakfast sandwiches are amazing here. We got a falafel wrap as well, this was not as amazing as the breakfast sandwich but still very good!
Woman who waited on us was sexy.

When I stopped in, they were short staffed, phones ringing off the hook, a long line forming and yet…their owner made me the best and most immaculate looking biscuit breakfast sandwich I’ve had in so long, and brought it to me with a smile. She took the time to connect even in a brief moment, and I could tell how much she cared. True hospitality and food made with love and care. I’ll be back.

We love our neighbors at Humblebee! Go see them for great food and exceptional service!
My favorite place to eat in Blue Hill! A great local diner with an even better local family running it! I can’t wait for them to open back up!
Best reuben sandwich I have ever had. Perhaps best sandwich I have ever had. Perfectly balanced.
Did an 8 day NE Trip with my gf and chose Humblebee for a breakfast before hitting the road. Amazing! Atmosphere was so cozy, music was great, food was awesome and I could not have asked for a better small town east coast experience! But those biscuits....good lord. Wish I would've ordered some to go!Steph from California. ~✌?❤??~
