At the end of June 2024 I won a years worth of ice cream! It was one pint every month. I picked up June's pint, July's pint, and August's pint. When I went to pick up September's pint, the owner said that he will not honor that anymore. He has owned the business since December 2023. I told him that was not fair. The contest was co-sponsored by Spencer's ice cream and Renewal by Anderson Windows. I called Renewal by Anderson and told them the story. They were shocked because they were the ones who paid for it! Renewal by Anderson has now sent me a number of gift cards to Fielder's Ice Cream. Thank you to Anderson Windows!!!

Ice-cream is supposed to make you happy, but this almost made me cry. I love their Upto Camp Coffee, and I wanted to order a milkshake, but they're closing for the season in a few days and it was just one person working so they weren't doing milkshakes. I ordered a small on a bowl instead, which was supposed to be one scoop. This tiny half scoop is what I got instead! I really did almost cry. I spent $6 on this. It was supposed to be a treat but instead it was a trick. ???

I like the options they offer. Pretty good flavor, but could be creamier. The pricing/sizing is very confusing. There is only one size for vegan ice cream, while there are ~3 sizes for non vegan, and the amount has been inconsistent each time I’ve gone. Plus, it is expensive compared to other places with vegan ice cream options

Went with family to get ice cream. I’ve been coming to Spencer’s for as long as I can remember. Absolutely the best ice cream in the state. Every time I go to the shop, it changes and the renovations that have been done are awesome. I wish I could say the same for the quality of service. I’ve never had such a bad experience here before. We ordered two regular sundaes and a kids Sundae. We had to ask about the kids sundae and they had forgotten about it and had to ask us what it was again. Not a huge deal, just more of an annoyance. The girl (she seemed like high school age) the name she gave me was Bretta, was very rude, not only to us but to other people as well. She came out of the swinging doors by the front door, almost knocked an older lady down. The girl working didn’t say anything, not sorry or excuse me or anything. I couldn’t believe it. I don’t care about having to ask for the rest of our order, between the drive thru window and orders inside, it’s easy to forget about an ice cream. But not respecting your elders let alone customers in general is another matter. I was just so taken aback that she didn’t apologize for almost knocking her down.

Nice little ice cream shop. Our service was great. The ice cream we chose lacked flavor ( grapenut) 2 waffle cones 1 scoop each 14.00. Beyond the typical response of the “ economy/ inflation” for the costs.. others offer better for less money.

What a great ice cream shop! You can order and eat in or go thru their drive thru! Great variety of flavors, and some pre-made containers to take home! The atmosphere is fun and nostalgic, plenty of seating inside or out! Staff were friendly and exceptional!
Dietary restrictions: They were very good at being aware of food allergies and sensitivities, taking all the necessary precautions!!
Parking: There was a good amount of parking though when busy it can be challenging to find a space!
Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly, staff was great with my son, and it was a great experience!
