I like the options they offer. Pretty good flavor, but could be creamier. The pricing/sizing is very confusing. There is only one size for vegan ice cream, while there are ~3 sizes for non vegan, and the amount has been inconsistent each time I’ve gone. Plus, it is expensive compared to other places with vegan ice cream options

Went with family to get ice cream. I’ve been coming to Spencer’s for as long as I can remember. Absolutely the best ice cream in the state. Every time I go to the shop, it changes and the renovations that have been done are awesome.
I wish I could say the same for the quality of service. I’ve never had such a bad experience here before.
We ordered two regular sundaes and a kids Sundae. We had to ask about the kids sundae and they had forgotten about it...

Nice little ice cream shop. Our service was great. The ice cream we chose lacked flavor
( grapenut) 2 waffle cones 1 scoop each 14.00. Beyond the typical response of the “ economy/ inflation” for the costs.. others offer better for less money.
