A group of friends and I had a fantastic dinner. I’ve driven by several times and finally got the chance to drop in. From the front entry decor to the stylish interior, I was impressed before even having a taste. The owner and servers were friendly and all the dishes my group had were really great. From flavor to presentation it was spot on. Cant wait to go back.

After hearing good things we had dinner with some friends last night. It's a small space attached to a long time convenience store on 302 in Bridgton and easy to miss if your not looking for it. The Asian inspired cuisine was the highlight for sure as everything seemed fresh and flavors just popped! It was definitely a slower evening being a Thursday night in mid-October but the chef/owner took the time to chat with us about his journey and where they source the ingredients, etc. and was as far from the gruff snobby chef persona as could be (including giving our party of 4 a free sample of his seaweed salad which was excellent). Our appeys were all awesome (best spicey pan dumplings ever) but my highlight was the crab ramen bowl which was easily the best ramen I've ever had...so fresh and flavorful with an amazing broth and the noodles were perfect! Service was fine and the space/ambiance were also on the high end. Highly recommend this place and we'll be back! Barry P. New Gloucester, ME

I like the atmosphere in dining room.
Tuna Tataki was fresh and melted in your mouth, sauce is yummy and presentation was beautiful but if they were torched a little longer to get the color and smell that would be lovely. Yakitori was ok, pork belly will get more tasty and salty with the sauce. My drink was Kosho Pique, so good.

Bar Kosho was highly recommended. It did not disappoint. The food was awesome. Service was exceptional. Great vibes.
Unfortunately I forgot to get photos of dessert. We had an order of Tuna Tataki followed by French Toast with grilled pineapple and whip cream.

I have never been so truly disappointed in a meal. This place makes the most white washed version of asian food I've ever endured. If you enjoy real Vietnamese food this is not the place for you. Even if you dont know what real Vietnamese food is go somewhere else.

What a gem. We just happened on this place and were so pleasantly surprised. Great local beer selection, creative cocktails. The food was expertly prepared and super tasty.
Holy cow! What a find. Fantastic cocktails, really incredible food (and I’m a foodie). How is this on a side of the road next to a farm stand? Really sophisticated and bespoke. Bridgeton and the surrounding area is lucky to have such a local spot.

Bar Kosho was such a pleasant surprise! We absolutely loved the tofu banh mi—it was fresh, flavorful, and made with local Heiwa tofu, which really made a difference. Our bartender was friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the great vibe. The location is perfect for a cozy meal in Bridgton. Definitely a spot we’ll be returning to!

Gyoza dumplings, Bang bang shrimp, Steamed bao buns and Kosho hamayaki were all really good. My only complaint is that all the seating is barstool height chairs

Delicious food, great service, and really cool flavors. The cocktail with wasabi was so good—super unique and surprisingly smooth. Loved how creative everything was. Definitely coming back when we’re in Maine again. Thank you for letting us stay till close!

This place is truly surprised me in the best way. In the middle of an area without much in the way of NICE restaurants, this ended up being the most amazing meal my wife and I have had in a very long time. The extremely cool atmosphere, the great service, and the food that I have been thinking about ever since made this one of the most memorable restaurant experiences we've ever had.

We had a nice evening on a quiet Saturday evening with my parents who live in Brighton. Excellent Japanese fusion food with a great atmosphere and service. The music is good too. When you’re in here it’s easy to forget you’re way out on route 302 in Bridgton. It’s worth the drive if you’re in the lakes region.
