One of the bartenders was really nice and he took good care of us, and made us some delicious hot toddies! The other one actively avoided eye contact and seemed annoyed that the bar had customers at all, which is just very weird and negative energy to bring to work. We were standing in the wrong place to order for about 5 minutes and we politely stood about 5 feet away from the bar trying to catch someone's eye, clearly wanting to order and everyone ignored us except for a server telling us we were standing in the way of the area where she needed to pick up drinks. I don't blame her at all for that, but perhaps ALSO tell us we've been standing in the wrong place to order looking like idiots for 5 minutes now? That would definitely encourage us to move out of your way, since we're not standing here for our health, lol.

They were out of nachos and pretzel bites at 2pm on a Sunday in the middle of Christmas break. Our server was lovely but the guy who brought our food gave us 3 setups for 7 people. Been going here for years and was really hoping the new owners would fix the chronic understaffing and improve Blizzards, but this was a huge disappointment after spending $300 to ski for the day.
Wheelchair accessibility: No elevator to the 2nd floor.
