I have had the opportunity to dine in some of NYC and Manhattans so called "best Thai restaurants" in the states. Yes they were a good introduction to Thai food for me but I didn't know how amazing Thia food tasted until I had Ms. Chao's version of Drunken Noodles!!!! Absolutely and by far the best ever. Not only is the food outstanding it's always fresh, made to order, and created by Ms. Chao with heart and soul. The staff is incredible and so kind. They never hesitate to customize orders to make sure that you experience exactly what you want or need if it's dietary restrictions, allergies, vegetarian, or spice level you can always know it's going to satisfy the tummy and soul bc it will taste better than any downtown Manhattan place but right here in our awesome neighborhood. Thank you Ms. Chao and staff for giving us the gift of incredible Thia food made with love. Your biggest fan.....Gen

Feeling under the weather, I ordered the chicken noodle soup to go and it was great. I love the thin rice noodles and they came on the side so I could save 1/2 for next day. Very flavorible.

I was in the mood for Thai food which only means Chao Thai when skiing in Bridgton. I called in my order for Ginger Chicken and an order of Spring Rolls. My order was ready in a half hour as promised. The food was nothing short of SPECTACULAR! Best part was that there was enough leftover for lunch the next day which was even better! Highest compliments to the chef. Thank you!
