This Dunkin regularly has an extraordinary long wait time at the drive through. Twice I have abandoned online orders because it was taking 20+ minutes. I just don't go to this one anymore.

This just absolutely has to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts within a hundred mile radius. As someone who lives in Bridgton I would rather drive past it straight to the Naples Dunkin' than go here ever willingly. Orders are nearly always wrong for at least one item although it has been getting better.

We come here whenever we are in town and more often than not we have received sugar in our coffee when we haven’t asked for it. Pretty frustrating when you don’t realize it until you’re a few miles down the road.

I don’t know what they’ve done different in the last week or two, Maybe new equipment, they’re cooking with, but every sandwich and hash brown and Wake up wrap tastes like metal or like a Teflon coating. It actually tastes like my new air fryer smelled the first few times we used it. Everything has been inedible and had to be thrown away. Food is way too expensive to be doing that.

Used to come here a lot and there’s always an issue. The food is never warm. The drinks are either way too full of ice and over half gone after you take SOME out. Not even all of it! Or they don’t fill the drink up?? Majority of the workers are rude and have no idea what they’re doing. Over the course of a year I’ve gotten so many bad drinks from here that I now travel the extra 25 minutes everyday to go to the other shop.

My food was great, but oh my lord.. if someone is having a bad day take them OFF the window. The person with brown hair and the rainbow hat was just plain rude. Get someone with a smile and positivity at the window. I won’t be back. 🤣 5/18/25

You quite literally never make a coffee right and it’s ridiculous. Always tastes burnt like you never change the coffee grounds ….
