Cons: Consistently bitter cold brew and iced coffee. If you order cold foam, 90% of the time you have to ask for it again because it didn't get put on. Mobile orders very rarely take less than 15 minutes to complete, even for just one coffee.Pros: ??♀️

I placed a order on the mobile app and when my bf went in to get the mobile order my order wasn’t even on the shelf it was still out back on the counter and my coffee was sitting in the drive thru when I placed a walk in and when the manager ask him what he was waiting for he said I was waiting for a mobile order and the manager had a very nasty attitude she slammed my order down on the mobile order to go shelves

I’m from Connecticut and this is, without a doubt, the nicest Dunkin staff I’ve ever seen. The gentleman who took my order was so friendly and kind.

Just got charged $51 for my $34 order because the staff can't pay attention. The man at the window started shoving all the food from the $51 order into my window as I was saying that's not mine. Apparently they can't take back food that has already gone through the window. A lady came over to give me a refund and only gave me $11 when it should have been $17. As I was driving away the man at the window threw a straw through my window. Incompetent employees who can't do simple math or get orders correct. VERY RUDE. We locals and this happens often.
Just had to pay 50 dollars for an order of 4 people and wait 45 minutes. Only to see people take orders without showing proof it was theirs. Had to ask about our drinks and they had no record of our drinks. My bagel was disgusting I can barley bite it without feeling like I’m chewing on a child’s toy food. Asked for extra cream cheese and I received barley anything. Want a free cheap meal just go here because you can get away with just taking things off their cart without showing proof. Absolutely baffled me watching that organization they have going on in there. Get rid of mobile Dunkin you can’t handle it. ?

Hey guys,I know there are twice as many people in the area demanding breakfast. I had to wait 20 minutes for my online order (1 latte) and it came out wrong. Didn’t have another 20 min to wait but not a great way to start the day.My usual latte is about 5 shades darker, tasted like straight almond milk.
