We are thrilled to have discovered this gem! Every aspect of our experience was flawless. We tried the Maleficent Roll and Paradise Roll, and they were hands down the freshest and most delicious sushi we've ever had. The cocktails were also spot on. We ordered some pork tacos to go for my son, and he couldn't get enough of them! It was an impressive dining experience!

Used chips out of the bag and jar salsa. Sushi wasn’t even on par with grocery store sushi. No wasabi or pickled ginger. Definitely overpriced.

Elevation is a sushi paradise. Perfectly prepared sushi with plenty of unique specialty rolls and high quality seafood options. The rice is perfection, and it shows that they really know what they are doing at Elevation. I also enjoyed some really high quality Toro which is pretty hard to find, but so silky smooth and delicious. I enjoyed a couple of the spicy specialty rolls which balanced flavor and spice perfectly so I could enjoy the fish while satisfying my craving for spice. My wife had some salmon sushi and a tempura shrimp roll, the shrimp was still crispy and had a perfect texture. I am excited to go back and try some of their tacos or the sushi nachos next time. Highly recommend checking out Elevation!

This place has some of the freshest sushi I have ever had. The flavor profiles were amazing on their house special rolls. Especially enjoyed the surf n turf, and the Elevation with the seasonal snow crab. The atmosphere is intimate and the staff are lovely. Definitely coming back soon.

It was amazing. The selection of sushi was what I’ve been looking for. The prep table was open so you could watch depending on the seat you had. The two rolls we got the Maleficent and the Shrimp Tempura had an amazing flavor as well as fresh ingredients, couldn’t ask for more. The only downfall was it was so expensive. My spouse and I got two rolls and split them, we spent over $30 on two items and left needing more food. It will be this simple thing that will keep us from eating here more often.

We've been here twice now. Both times have been fantastic! Service is prompt and friendly. The food is amazing. Everything we have tried has been delicious. The atmosphere is compact but friendly with a good touch of nerd. This might be our new favorite date night location.
Parking: There is free street parking out front and a small free parking lot out back.

Tonight was a busy night at Elevation. I was able to sit at the sushi bar and watch Mike prepare several different rolls and appetizers. After watching him make up a few "Deep Sea Diver" rolls, I was convinced that was what I needed to order tonight along with the "Sushi Nachos" for an appetizer. Both of these items were a first for me. The sushi nachos were so light and refreshing that they could have been a meal all by itself. The Diver is severed with lobster, and scallops on top adding even more textures and flavors. This is a must if you're looking for something different. Always a great place to eat.
