Walking in, floor had not been swept, trash can over flowing. Condiment station empty. Noone ordered after us, took about 10 minutes to get order. Fries cold. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers from value meal. Opened one up, so much ketchup it was dripping over the sides. Opened the 2nd, the same. Had to "clean them" with several napkins, then burgers were over done. After waiting 5 more minutes for replacement fries, I didn't even bother to ask for replacements. All during...read full review

Charge 10 cents extra to melt cheese on cheeseburger..really?? The burger is nuked anyway, why charge to melt the cheese? Stick with ordering the chicken nuggets, they are pretty hard to mess up.
