The burger wasn't that. The fries tasted awful.

$5 for a large fry and they only fill it half way. So, I went back after I called the manager. They then gave me a medium and a large fry after wasteful throwing my previous food away. The large and medium fry fit in the large container. See video. The personnel and manager were nice, but please stop ripping off your customers.

This location sometimes has a little trouble moving the fast-food orders through the system. Today the inside kiosk was used to order 3 ice coffees. No receipt was printed, but my order number appeared on the screen showing current orders. The order disappeared from the screen and never showed on the in progress list. Thankfully my order appeared and all was good!

This particular location for the front lobby doesnt have enough staff. Orders take forever, hey corporate, where are you to come work and see what it feels like to pay these people crap. Management rude.

My order was messed up. Mine and my husband's. Y'all need to learn how to read or go back to school. It's not hard to get a mcgriddle and a bacon egg and cheese bagel.

Walking in, floor had not been swept, trash can over flowing. Condiment station empty. Noone ordered after us, took about 10 minutes to get order. Fries cold. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers from value meal. Opened one up, so much ketchup it was dripping over the sides. Opened the 2nd, the same. Had to "clean them" with several napkins, then burgers were over done. After waiting 5 more minutes for replacement fries, I didn't even bother to ask for replacements. All during this time the "manager" sat talking to friends. My husband asked for a bag to take his sandwich home, a very large lady was very put out, went to the kitchen and stuck her arm out with a bag, leaving my husband to lean across the counter and stretch to reach the bag.

It's McDonald's what can you say you don't know what you're getting in the chicken or their hamburger patties overpriced for what you get but that's what corporate America is all about and the USDA allows our fast food restaurants to serve you go to Canada or Europe and their food is cooked differently and prepared differently than the United States

Every single time I come here there’s an issue with my order or the app so they say. Been double charged multiple times. Manager has no idea what customer service is. She’s very rude and seems as if she doesn’t like her job or want to be there and takes it out on her paying customers. Not coming back I’ll drive the extra 20 minutes to another location.
