Stopped by(drive thru) on the way to an appointment, their were 3 cars ahead of us we waited approximately 7-8 mins to order then 12 mins to get our order.. 2- sausage biscuits w/ no egg 2- Sausage Mc muffins 1- orange juice
Order received: 2-Sausage Mc muffins no egg 2- sausage biscuits w/ egg 1- orange juice (extremely bitter/ sour tasting that I had to throw it out after we both tried it to be sure it tasted bad)
* The issue is that w/ most of the people that go thru the drive thru we are on our way to work or similar so we grab our order from the drive thru & go .. We don't realize our order is NOT CORRECT until we have made it miles down the road or to work, ect.. Not having the time to drive back, wait at drive thru, wait for food & so on.. It's super frustrating to the customers that take their time to wait, spend our money & then not have what we ordered/paid for . I guess some people will say that we should check before leaving but this doesn't always happen due to the long wait time waiting for food that once you get the food you need to be on the road or whatever the deal is, PLUS isn't that the job of the employee to check for quality assurance?? Not your food passed out, the window shuts, next... I know we are human, we make mistakes, ect but after several times of this, it gets old & then here we are.... I feel bad complaining but NOTHING CHANGES IF NOTHING CHANGES..
Standard McD's. Busy but service and staff was standard-to-good. The front door however takes off two stars for not opening all the way causing me to slam my drink into it and all over my jacket. Looking at the myriad of stains on the concrete I am not the first to fall victim. Be warned and maybe use the drive through for this location.

This place is a joke. Waited 20min in line for a Mobil order to get to window for staff to just tell us to wait longer. You need new staff maybe faster younger would help. All this while I'm still waiting with the line of traffic to the road

Idk who works the kitchen these days but they need to get their heads out of their rears when u put burgers in a bag don’t put them in there side ways so when we take them out of the bad everything is already falling out the sides, THINK!

Not a bad McDonald's, I have only had a few issues with mobile ordering lately. The new hires don't seem to know what they are doing though and I've almost had a few mistakes happen because of that. On the whole, I have had mostly pleasant experiences.
Parking: Several spots out front and several for mobile order pickup in the back around the drive through.

I am going to begin with I was a regular customer unfortunately I have notices staff yelling at each other in front of customers as well as today I order a cheeseburger an somehow someone forgot the meat that makes it a cheeseburger I had to call an travel back just to get the right one I watched a shift lead and or manager yell at the other about the burger what kind of an experience not sure I want to return after this

I am usually not a fan of McDonald's. Most places I've been, the food has been kinda bad, and the service has usually been awful. So when everything else in the area was closed late in the evening, I did not have high hopes for this particular McDonald's location.To my surprise, it was lovely! The person taking our order was extremely friendly and helpful, they got our food out fast, and it was by far the best hamburger I've ever gotten from McDonald's. I guess mainly it was just hot and had a good amount of toppings, but the result was the first Big Mac that I've actually enjoyed.
