I am going to begin with I was a regular customer unfortunately I have notices staff yelling at each other in front of customers as well as today I order a cheeseburger an somehow someone forgot the meat that makes it a cheeseburger I had to call an travel back just to get the right one I watched a shift lead and or manager yell at the other about the burger what kind of an experience not sure I want to return after this

I am usually not a fan of McDonald's. Most places I've been, the food has been kinda bad, and the service has usually been awful. So when everything else in the area was closed late in the evening, I did not have high hopes for this particular McDonald's location.To my surprise, it was lovely! The person taking our order was extremely friendly and helpful, they got our food out fast, and it was by far the best hamburger I've ever gotten from McDonald's. I guess mainly it was just hot and had a good amount of toppings, but the result was the first Big Mac that I've actually enjoyed.

First of all the person at the cash register is the most important thing when you first come inMy first impression on this day I went in was the guy at the cash register was wearing a bright orange vest he actually was wearing one of these road construction safety vest and looked like he just came in from the side of the road .What ever happened to the MacDonald's uniforms ?2.He was nice but had no clue about senior discounts and basically dint care less about itAlso when I asked him about a military discount he kinda gave me an attitude and said they dint have any that he knew of.It's pretty sad when a veteran can't even get a discount at a world wide multi billion dollar corporation .By the way I go to subway most of the time and they always give a military discount of 10 %I am 58 yrs old and started eating at McDonald's when I was around 3 yrs oldAt one of the original stores in Beverly Mass at the Beverly /Salem bridge ...this was back in 1968 or 1969.So I am not a rookie I am sad to say the food quality and size of a hamburger has gotten so small the bun is a filler .and the Prices are over the Top. French fries are way to expensive and so is everything else .I was thinking they should have kept the dollar drink special for a coffee or soda .That's even gone now.In America thousands of restaurants are going out of business all the time since covidSo now I see the economic mess we are all in and the government caused all of this.One of the top economic indicator for the average joe is to get a cheeseburger and a beerAt this point McDonald's is so expensive that record numbers of Americans can't afford to eat with a family of four at McDonald's now I am not blaming MacDonald's for raising there prices with out cause .this is the end result when minimum wage goes up so fast that actually causes a chain reaction because they have to pay high school kids 12 to 20 dollars per hr to make MacDonald's food.By the way the average cheese Burger and beer at a rest in bridgton is now around 20 dollars plus tax and tip of 20%So the average senior on a fixed social security income is taking it right in the nose and I am being polite .So the breaking point is here and I see people eating home more and more I probably won't go to MacDonald's any more way to expensive .for poor quality junk food .
