While the food was amazing ..what do you cook the steamers in. It was by far over priced and chaotic there 1st timmers ..we have mobility issues husband waited over and hour and a half in line for food.. unacceptable the line for the bar was also long but not as long.. told on the phone there was a full bar there was not. People were fighting when we left .. we felt rushed to eat considering they close at 8 no lighting we were eating in the dark ..
Honestly don't think we wilbe back
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Muscongus Bay Lobster is the quintessential Maine lobster shack experience! We ordered two of their 2-lobster combos (each with 1 to 1¼ lb lobsters), and everything was outstanding—from the sweet, perfectly cooked lobster to the fresh mussels and local corn. The lobster was clearly fresh off the boat—tender, flavorful, and needed nothing more than a little melted butter.
The setting couldn’t be better: a rustic pier on a quiet cove in Round Pond, with picnic tables overlooking the water and working lobster boats coming and going. It’s peaceful, scenic, and incredibly relaxing. The staff were friendly, efficient, and happy to answer questions—everything felt easy and welcoming.
If you’re looking for an authentic, no-frills lobster feast in a gorgeous coastal spot, this is it. Worth every mile to get there.
By far my families favorite place to go!!!
Great food served in the dock. Beautiful view. There's a bar also on the dock.

Had the Fish Tacos and Ceasar Salad. Tacos could have been bigger, and salad was ok. Tacos did taste good, though.

Had very good lobster. Had their special Tuna Sushi on homemade tortilla chips. $17 a plate. Ruined sushi grade tuna with avacado smothered in bottled Hoisan Sauce. Ruined it. Other than that real nice place right on the ocean. Live music outside and dancing.
Kid-friendliness: Kids would love it here. Plenty of docks and rocks by the water to snoop around.

Lobster chowder was tasty but thin. Fish tacos had meager amounts of fish. Lobster and Crab rolls were very good but quite expensive.
