I am a long-time frequent buyer customer at Antigonis as I live down the street and they have very good salads and pizzas. This time however I called in to order my pizza. I got this girl who answered the phone with the usual greeting. I said I'd like to put in an order to pick up, as I always do. She repeated herself so I repeated myself that I was calling to put in an order to pick up because I didn't think she heard me. She interrupted me again and gave the same getting. I said I'm trying to tell you but you keep interrupting me. She hung up on me. I called back and asked for the manager. She would not give me the manager. She lied and said she did not hang up on me that she needed to take another call. I said you did hang up on me. My hands were not touching my phone. I also said I apologize if it was an accident. She interrupted me again while I was apologizing with her same greeting. I finally got my order in and started to say something and she hung up on me again. I have never had a more rude person on the phone from anyone at Brunswick Antonio's before. Well, the last time I called it was a little rude also and sounded much like this same person. Maybe not. This girl should not be taking orders over the phone. She is not a good representation for Antigonis. 5:30 pm 4/11/24

Good place to go for pizza. and the food is generally fresh. I was a little disappointed with the special for 2 one topping pizzas because we wanted a cheese and a pepperoni, and we were told it doesn't qualify for the special because the cheese doesn't have a topping and extra cheese doesn't count.

This week there was seven people that went to the Brunswick store all for the first time. We had some wheelchairs . We were treated with kindness and much help menu . The manager was a huge help. We will go back soon.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in and out.

I've ordered the cob salad several times now. Its a different price each time. Website shows salad with Eggs but when you order and go in to pay they charge you for the egg. I showed the girl on register the picture on the website, but caught an attitude instead. Even charged .e for extra dressing when everyone else has not. Really bad customer service.

You need to edit your web page where there is a picture of a Cobb salad and it doesn't say Call of Duty Salad underneath.Thats deceptive. Cobb Salad is not prepared without Eggs! It wouldn't be a Cobb Salad then.

Great for a cheap bite- but I'm going to stay away for awhile. I keep have messed up orders, or weird customer service. Sometimes the salads will give you a belly ache if you know what I mean. Today I walked to pick up my order, didn't realize it was wrong until I walked back ( on lunch break mind you) I just don't have time to walk back to the restaurant for them to make right. So I don't get to eat lunch today, and I was going to have a bite after work before I go to my second job but I will also skip dinner. It's just a bummer because they're in a convenient location. And now I have to go without food
