Absolutely horrible service. We got here at 6 didn't get our food until 745. Everything we ordered came out extremely late. The food was cold when it came out. The waitress was very nice. Thank you for that. But the time we waited was ridiculous.

Took forever to get the food which came out cold and limpid. When brought to the manager’s attention, he was extremely rude and unhelpful. Also very disrespectful of someone twice his age. I would be cautious of recommending this place to anyone much less senior citizens.

Last night 11/7/2025 my self husband and son went for dinner at 8ish pm they were not busy at all. my food was made incorrectly.. the waiter came to us took our order for drinks in appetizers got our drinks and appetizers. She then took an order for our meals. We had to ask for refills on drinks I asked for ice water and never got it at all. The waiter came over told us our meals are almost done shouldn't be much longer. People that came in after us were now getting there food ect. An hr and half goes by the waiter says I am sorry we forgot to send yr meal to the kitchen I said what u mean u told us our food was almost done. She said yea they haven't started it I just sent it now. She said manager going to give u a discount. The manager comes over apologize says the kitchen staff was goofing around and got behind. So who telling the truth. Our order was $84.00 they gave us a discount of $4. And some change 😂😆 I got my meal my noodle were hard and no Alfredo as I requested when waiter brought us our food she knew mine was wrong right away and even stated this but nothing was done.. I was very disappointed and frustrated. After getting out food manager or waiter never even came back to ask how things were or if we need more drinks or anything else.

Waited almost an hour for our entree’s and my daughter’s pasta was cold. Waitress seemed flustered as she said the kitchen was slammed but half the restaurant wasn’t even filled…. Good spot for a beer and burger but I wouldn’t go with pasta ever again, plus spending $100+ for a table of 3 for mediocre service and food is shameful.

Second time I've been to the Brunswick location. First time waited 20 minutes. Nobody came to take any order at all. So we left. Was there today Brunswick location took forever to get our drinks. Never came back to ask us how our meal was. The french fries were disgusting, and they obviously have been sitting around a while. Worst Applebee's ever. Can't believe I actually had to pay for this terrible food terrible service..
Steak was cooked well. Less shrimp on top and missing some of that delicious sauce. But the service and staff is phenomenal

As with every Applebee's, food and drinks were consistent and delicious. First time in this area, so we stopped in for a certain good time. We were a little disappointed that we felt completely ignored. The staff had their own dialogs going on, and clearly favored catering to the few locals that were there. We would have ordered more than just apps and one drink, but they weren't interested in us at all. I love the desserts so we just asked for one to go. Not what we originally had in mind at all! That said, the little attention we did get was polite and spot on accurate. Wouldn't go back.

Last night i door dashed a 12oz Ribeye at 31bucks that was all fat every bite 80%-90% fat in it it was the worst cut of meat i have ever seen if i was in the restaurant i would have sent this plate back i will not ever go in or buy from you guys ever again

My husband and I had the worst service at the Brunswick location. I understand being a new server, however it took over 25 minutes for her to even come to the table. We placed our whole order with an appetizer along with our drinks. Our whole meal and appetizer showed up after about 45 of waiting, tables around us that sat down after us got their appetizers and asking the manager to check on our food. I only got a salad which didn’t even come out with dressing. Our waitress wasn’t even the one that brought the food out, but she was perfectly happy to stand at the bar and talk to the bar tender. I waited another 10 minutes before husband got up to ask her for the dressing she forgot and didn’t even bring out the one he asked for. Needless to say, we will not bring going back.

The food was good but the service was the worst I have ever experienced. Our waitress made multiple mistakes, had poor communication and had a poor attitude and was incredibly rude about the mistakes that were made with 0 regard. I was with a friend and my 5 year old daughter, my friend and I received our food and it was another 10+ minutes before my daughters corn dog came out, with mozzarella sticks not fries and I never at any point asked for mozerella sticks. Not once did she ever give a time frame or reason for my daughter’s food being delayed or gave any sort of communication about it, and when I politely asked where it was I got an attitude and a very rude, curt two word response.
