Someone in our group ordered a mixed drink and the bartender messed it up. Couldn’t find our waitress for 20 minutes so one of us went up to talk with the bartender about it which got nowhere so he just dumped it out. The drink was still on our bill and we asked the waitress why that would be and she explained that we ordered it, we gotta pay for it. We tried explaining that the bartender dumped it out, she just walked away and here comes the owner. He came over with a full head of steam and was instantly rude to the girl in our group. He wasn’t understanding what she was saying so her fiancé tried to explain what happened to her and the owner said “ She has a mouth, I don’t need to hear it from you.” I said to him that that’s no way to talk to a person or customer and he was adamant that he doesn’t need our business told us we had to pay for the drink and leave. Drinks are way over priced, food is less than mediocre, and the owner deserves anything negative coming his way.
Good food, but portion sizes are inconsistent and they often screw our order up. A little frustrating but it's good enough to keep trying
Thank you for being open - as new owners, during a pandemic, and on Sunday. Your willingness to keep that ranch dip and offer takeout made Sunday football feel a bit more normal today. The wings and burgers were delicious too! Can’t wait to enjoy a meal there in-person soon!
Second bad experience. The first time we found a hair on our food and a sandwich had ingredients not described. After a while, we reluctantly decided to give the them another try, as takeout. We ordered boneless wings with buffalo sauce and ranch. We recieved 6 tiny nuggets of chicken with a small amout of sauce and no ranch for dipping, for $9.00. The chicken was clearly pre-made, frozen nuggets. They were no better than what you would fet from Dominoes, only smaller. We ordered a Cowboy burger, that was supposed to come with fried onion strings. It had sauteed onions instead. It was cooked properly, but bland. The bun was burnt and the lettuce was so wilted that it was slimy. Rather than tomato slices, they had diced tomato on it, which made it messy to eat.We also got the loaded fries. They were tasty, but clearly frozen, battered fries. We opted for ones with cheese, bacon, scallions, and sour cream. The toppings were abundant, but they neglected to include sour cream. We gave them 2 chances. We will not be back.
It was open; that's about all I can say. The patio reeks of the dumpster parked right next to the outside tables.
Good food, bartender was friendly. No parking. Never going to make it charging $5 for a bud light pint during happy hour, M-F.......~3-6pm.....
