Bizibuns has the best fried chicken sandwich I've ever had. Im surprised their wasn't a line down the street. Not sure if the people of Brunswick realize this amazing food truck is in their town. I asked the chef what to order and he recommended the spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich was reasonably priced and had a huge perfectly fired chicken breast on it. It was served on a nice brioche bun with slaw and hot honey. I opted to add drill pickles. All of the toppings complemented the chicken perfectly. I wish this food truck was in my hometown, I would be their multiple times a week. I will be stopping here for lunch every time im in Brunswick!

My spicy chicken sandwich was amazing; my wife said the lamb and rice bowl, which was bountiful and beautiful, was the best lamb she'd ever had. I don't care for lamb but it had a nice smoky flavor. The service was very friendly.

I really dug the personalities of the staff, the vibe of the truck, and oh yeah the food was awesome!
They seem to be real people pleasers, which is great for the most part, but lends itself to some slightly unrealistic wait times, LOL.
Don't get me wrong, the food is well worth the wait!!!

The Maine street sandwich was sooo good, the garlic aioli and bizi sauce was amazing and the chicken was crispy and juicy.
The service was fast and good. The food was cooked well and tasted amazing. The prices are very reasonable.

When BiziBuns first launched I was first in line. I loved all their options on their bao buns. I raved about them to everyone and sent many people there who also loved it. Then they made the decision to switch to standard buns, I advised against this change but financially they had to do what was best for them.
I gave the new sandwiches a try and was unfortunately dissatisfied with the lack of flavor impact and the dry chicken, everything that made them unique was stripped away. Still I have supported their continued business ventures until I realized that they do not take criticism well by deleting comments that they feel may negatively impact them.
Listen to your consumers.

This guy's food is insane. I got the Kung Pao sandwich,and it's hands down one of the fried chicken sandwiches I've had, and for the prices are onpoint! Giant piece of fried chicken dipped in their house bbq sauce. Bun was fresh, slaw was dank as hell. Skip the taco, and lobster the trucks. This kid is doing something special.
