When BiziBuns first launched I was first in line. I loved all their options on their bao buns. I raved about them to everyone and sent many people there who also loved it. Then they made the decision to switch to standard buns, I advised against this change but financially they had to do what was best for them.
I gave the new sandwiches a try and was unfortunately dissatisfied with the lack of flavor impact and the dry chicken, everything that made them unique was stripped away. Still I have supported their continued business ventures until I realized that they do not take criticism well by deleting comments that they feel may negatively impact them.
Listen to your consumers.

This guy's food is insane. I got the Kung Pao sandwich,and it's hands down one of the fried chicken sandwiches I've had, and for the prices are onpoint! Giant piece of fried chicken dipped in their house bbq sauce. Bun was fresh, slaw was dank as hell. Skip the taco, and lobster the trucks. This kid is doing something special.

Delicious and filling kung pao tofu bowl! They have several vegan options including a mushroom bowl, kung pao tofu bowl and a mushroom burger. We originally chose this place bc of their bao buns in pictures but looks like they no longer offer those. However this delicious bowl did not disappoint. So great to find a business that does t serve bland tofu, this was perfectly marinated and seasoned, just delicious. We added broccoli to our bowl as well and they’re not stingy with their tofu either!

What a cool find on the Brunswick green for lunch. We had the tofu & mushroom burger and tofu & mushroom bowl which were super fresh. Be sure to state "vegan" so they don't put on the umami mayo.
