This has been one of favorite spots for sandwiches and pastries for over a decade now, my kids always loved the bagels.
My sole issue is the cleanliness of the establishment. It needs to be emptied and scrubbed so badly. Fresh paint and an easier to clean setup would go a long way, but I realize that a renovation isn't cheap!
For now, PLEASE improve your cleaning practices, and have staff do quick cleanup of the room routinely throughout the day, not just when you can find time. I know you guys get slammed but keeping the place clean and presentable is key!
I've come in a few times over the past 12 months to see if you've done a deep clean yet. Unfortunately not so I lost my appetite each time and had to leave. This breaks my heart because I REALLY miss the place.
I decided to post this review because I see that some of the other reviewers feel the same way, and because I hope the owner takes this as constructive criticism and makes the needed changes.

Best coffee I can remember having and I live in Seattle.
Went back twice in one morning..it was that good!
Not sure what subtle magic is at play here, but don't change a thing Boh!!
Muffins and turnovers are splendid!

Kickass cappuccino, friendly staff, and highly recommend the bacon egg & cheese on a croissant...was a great place to check some work emails while in the area on vacation!

The lounge-area is semi-private and Comfortable. [ 4 ] Different sizes of Coffee cups, Regulars shuffle in & out, no need to Shout..Free Parking ALL-ABOUT !!

I love this place. I'm a sucker for cafes with comfy couches and vegan food options.

Visit was in March of 2025. Friendly service but distracted in their own conversation behind the counter. Bagel burnt and the place is disgustingly dirty. Specifically all around the edges of the display case were what looked like years of crumbs dirt etc. The floor looked like it had never been washed. We chose to leave immediately and eat the bagels in the car. But I left wondering how dirty the kitchen was. Couldn’t finish the bagel I paid for due to this.

Very friendly, helpful and fast service. Homey Interior. Excellent latte. Great spot for coffee and a book.

I absolutely LOVE the BC! The sandwich’s are a favorite of my husbands and I love their coffee.

Good coffee but they can be cheap. I got an espresso in a mug. The owner asked if I wanted milk, he handed me a gallon of milk. I pour 3 or 4 ounces. He charged me 2 dollars. Milk is .03$ an ounce

Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always there when I need a coffee, Americana, yes, please. Today, I had a chive scone still warm out of the oven, and it was delicious.

Best coffee and egg/bagel sandwich in Brunswick! Great staff and service.

If you need a spiffy new place to hang then this is not it. This Establishment is older and has room for improvement on how the interior presents itself. If you want great coffee and one of the best Bagel/Egg/Sausage/Bacon breakfast sandwich then this is the place to go!
