I wish I took photos, because this food was so incredibly delicious and really beautiful to look at as well. I’ve been to a lot of New York City Indian food restaurants, and I must say this is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Bravo Brunswick Maine! Bombay Mahal thank you. Fun was good but it was warm not hot. Prices were great
You walk in and nobody welcomes you or asks you "for here or to go". You literally have to get in front of them for them to ask "yeah?" Orders are always delayed. At least the food tastes good. Probably will never eat here again. Oh also, the waiter walked our of the kitchen with a tray of clean glasses that the proceed to put on the floor. :/

I am impressed. The interior is beautiful, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was amazing – full of flavor and cooked perfectly. A special shoutout to Mr. Dhalla, who served us. He was one of the sweetest and most welcoming people I’ve met. His service made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the hospitality!

Had a wonderful lunch at Bombay Mahal. My friend and I both ordered the Lamb Curry with garlic naan. Other reviews said the naan was dry/burnt. This absolutely was not the case for us. The naan had a nice crispy exterior with a soft and moist interior with garlic and herbs. The Curry had great texture and was bursting with flavor. A large bowl of basmati rice is served for the table to accompany the Curry. The rice was bland and was not satisfactory on its own. However, the Curry has more than enough flavor to balance out the rice if the Curry is drizzled over top. Drinks were reasonably priced. Will absolutely be returning next time l am in the area.
