Brickyard Hollow Brewing Company

On our way to Bar Harbor, we made a stop in Brunswick and had dinner at Brickyard Hollow. It's a great spot, and I would describe it more as a sports bar. They had an excellent selection of craft beers, and the food was fantastic. I had a delicious Pulled Pork Bowl, and my friends ordered huge, flavorful pizzas. The service was super friendly, and the prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend this place!

Ordered a large cup n char pepperoni pizza. There was very little pepperoni and definitely not the extra cheese I ordered.

Came in 30 minutes before they were closed with no one else there but two people at the bar. I asked if it would be a problem to order takeout and the server told me that it would be fine if I ordered take out. Ordered two burgers and they put nothing on one and everything on the other. If they didn't want to make the food they could've turned me away and I would have been fine. Kinda sucks when I left a 10 dollar cash tip and payed 40 bucks for two burgers.

Amazing honesty they’ve managed to create a space that is comfortable regardless to how packed it is or is not with trivia nights and live music a wonderful assortment of beverages and food I’ve yet to find anything I haven’t enjoyed a lil bit of flavor for different people good atmosphere employees are always super polite but arnt the type to ask you how’s the food when you have a mouthful but there fast and helpful I will be visiting again the only complaint is I’m trying to get the raspberry beer in a six pack yet they haven’t started caning yet

Our first visit to Brickyard and we had an enjoyable lunch. Nice choices of beer, we settled on the IPA and it didn’t disappoint. We started with tasty brussels sprouts .
The pizza was spinach , ricotta and garlic, it was delicious.

I have only ordered Brickyard Hollow on DoorDash, but the pizza is seriously delicious. The cup and char pepperoni and the mashed potato pizzas are my favorite.

We went in for a quick dinner but there was nothing good about the experience. Arriving after the initial dinner rush the restaurant was quiet. We ordered a burger and a bowl. Both simple meals but they took 45 minutes to arrive. They put out the wrong burger in a slow night. With this pointed out there was no sense of urgency to replace the burger with the correct one as that took 15-20 minutes to get there. In that time our waitress never left the front of house to pressure the kitchen to rush the correction. No one seemed to care at all. Not a recipe for success. Additionally I used the restroom during the meal service and there was no soap in the dispenser. Not sure how the staff washed their hands prior to arriving food

Recommended dishes: Maple Bacon Burger

Ordered wing and farm fries and my wife got a burger. Wings came to the table less than warm.. fries, let's just say they were not great. Served cool. Wife's meal , well that was someone else's cold burger. No tomato or picklesvas she ordered. Wrong cheese. Bacon she didn't want. Served over cooked and cold. Seems to have lingered on the counter for some time. Overall experience, not so good. Qualifier. I don't normally post reviews. Just thought you would like to know. Pizza by the way is pretty good.

Food was good. Beer was great! However, it took over 30 minutes to get a haddock sandwich and a burger out of the kitchen. The restaurant was not very busy. No excuses from the kitchen. Not certain the Brunswick location will get another chance at my business.
