Today was our first time at the Brunswick Diner. Upon arrival an older gentleman suffered a medical issue and the waitress (Sophie I believe) jumped right in to help him. She took so much care in how she treated him and really took control of the situation getting him the help and attention he needed. My husband and I were very impressed by the way she handled everything in an already cramped and busy environment. We enjoyed our food and the staff were all kind and attentive.
Waitress was horrible, messed up the order and blamed us. To further the mess she insisted on bringing the bacon that we never got. So, she brings out 2 little pieces of microwaved super crispy bacon when we were about finished with our meals. When our order came out she was outside flirting with another customer. The second waitress was fantastic, THANKS to her our food got brought to our table. I did not get to talk to the owner/manager, but seeing she is the owner/managers...read full review
