Today was our first time at the Brunswick Diner. Upon arrival an older gentleman suffered a medical issue and the waitress (Sophie I believe) jumped right in to help him. She took so much care in how she treated him and really took control of the situation getting him the help and attention he needed. My husband and I were very impressed by the way she handled everything in an already cramped and busy environment. We enjoyed our food and the staff were all kind and attentive.
It's a nice restaurant but the food could be improved with some seasonings, and oil on the potatoes and butter on the omelets. If i'm being honest, the eggs were scorched which i don't like due to lack of butter. The Hash browns just weren't. If i showed them how hash browns should be made and they would increase profits regardless. What they served was diced potatoes with absolutely no seasoning which resulted in no flavor. You can tell from the pictures....
We took our little family of 4 to breakfast today. The hostess was absolutely amazing to our two kiddos. She let them pick a prize, gave them both high fives and thanked them multiple times for coming!
The atmosphere was upbeat, everyone was super friendly and the food was delicious!
