I just moved to Maine from Massachusetts, so I know how I like my coffee. I only went to this Dunkin’ Donuts about two times both times I’ve had horrible customer service because I’ve sent back caramel craze lattes because they were made completely wrong with way too much milk every time I send it back, I am greeted with complete disrespect and attitude, especially from this one lady older with blonde haired bangs. She was incredibly rude when I politely asked for my drink to be me correctly. I even had to stand inside there to make sure she didn’t spit it she rolled her eyes and made the drink and made it incorrectly again. I just let it go, but I will definitely not be back which kind of stinks because I go to Southern Main community college and it’s right near my school and it’s completely on the way. I really don’t recommend giving any of your business here due to my interaction with that lady, it’s completely unacceptable. I would prefer no attitude with my coffee today!

Its Dunkin and im not a huge coffee fan. That being said this store has great staff. Even when there are only 3 of them they just always do a good job and are friendly 👏 great job! Give them a bonus
I lost power last Friday due to a storm. I had to brew 100 cups of coffee for an Outreach event in Portland. I was panicking because I knew I wouldn't be able to brew any coffee at home so, I flew to this Pleasant St. Dunkin and asked for 2 boxes of Joe and a jug of hot water. I knew it was a lot to put on a crew at 530am but, I was desperate. When I walked in, I was met with a welcoming crew. They understood the severity of the situation, having to provide 100 HOT cups of coffee to folks in need. They got everything prepared for me, in a timely fashion, with a smile. I was even given a hot water jug for free, with the cups, sugars and creamers. Thank you so much Dunkin crew!! Our event was a huge hit, all thanks to you guy's.
