The app told me my order was all set for a box of Joe. I arrive at the store and the app had sent me an email - which I didn’t see since I was already on the way after a conformation on app. Needless to say they got me my order in less than 5 min! 4 out of 5 since the original clerk was less than empathetic. The manager though dove right in and was amazing at getting me my coworkers coffee for my event.

I tried to use my points to get a drink I had "earned" she scanned my phone, it took my points amd she still charged me full price. Then just said.. "oops sorry" I asked for a receipt and it wasn't even my order! Get it together!
