I ordered chipotle wrap with sausage and NO sauce. I prefer it that way. I’m diabetic and I needed food this morning. Now I’m WITHOUT food cause they made it wrong. Called multiple times to tell them. No answer. I’m VERY upset. I have no time to turn around and get it fixed. I work miles away from Brunswick. This isn’t fair. Make this right damnit. I left Dunkin’ Donuts for this reason and I started going back. Maybe I should rethinking my decision.
Called later that day, fixed my complaint. They remade it for me on the following Monday. Great management that fixed my issue. Thank you.

Not one to complain but never have I ever been told I could only get reg hot coffee or iced with my meal, nothing else! Refused to even add the drink of my choice to the order! And then they gave me someone else's food which I have no time to correct. Just rude people here.

first of all this lady was totally rude and out of pocket. second of all after she was rude on the intercom I found like 1 long strand of hair and multiple little hairs in my wake up wrap. they literally looked like pubes... when I came back the same old lady continued to be rude and all I wanted was a replacement sandwich but they tried arguing with me which honestly makes me believe they did it on purpose. honestly disgusting.

I ordered a 24oz cold brew and only received 6oz of liquid. The entire cup was ice, I only got 5 sips of coffee before it was empty

Either go in, or don't leave the window until you've checked your order. This location consistently forgets items.
Have been going here for a while and have been trying to give the benefit of the doubt. However today when I got the wrong coffee, hot instead of iced, was going back and forth with the worker at the drive through basically saying that’s what I ordered I did say the correct order, it was input wrong. There is no problem with that but for the worker to treat me that way, shouldn’t be a whole minute trying to explain…. And have the worker argue back. Finally left and got my other order, Then says “here’s your change of mind” as they hand me my order, when it’s something that wasn’t my change of mind…. It was what I ordered to begin with. Extremely disappointed, will now not be going back, this is the third time this same women at the drive through has basically given me attitude for no reason. I understand customers can be hard to deal with, but no excuse when Ive always been kind and tried to be understanding to the staff, extremely unprofessional, and it’s been months with staff like this.

Was really craving a glazed doughnut this morning, decided to walk in instead of the drive thru and didn’t realize until I got back to my car that the woman who’d taken my order threw an extra doughnut in for me. Just a nice way to start my day:)
