Second time there for dinner, figured it had to have improved since the opening. Sadly no: I made the mistake of trying the duck risotto: Mushy, salty to the point I left it on the plate, lacking in duck meat and very expensive. Can't fault the service just the food

Nice intimate restaurant. Friendly staff. Get there early. Great burger!!! They grind their own meat. Oddly they don't serve fries, but instead roasted finger potatoes. I also recommend their Ruben, too.

Mostly pretty good.Citrus something cocktail tasted like a hard lemonade. Good and stronger than it tasted.Brussels salad was subtle but addictive.Steak, green beans and mash - Steak slightly under seasoned but cooked well.Short ribs - Short rib was fine but I couldn’t help thinking it needed some sort of sauce over it.The stroganoff sauce for the pasta was under seasoned and bland.

They have shut down for the season so they could go over to The Dolphin. The food was very very good. The only complaint would be the temperature inside, it was awfully hot. The two of us ordered our plates to share which was - two appetizers and an entree along with one marg and two beers (our bill came out to be around $100).. Was worth every penny though. Glad we got to try it out the day before they closed down!

One of the best meals we've had in ages. Every bite was a delight! The two of us had a mixed salad, ravioli with butternut squash puree, ribeye steak, and chocolate cheesecake. We can't wait to go back. Easy five stars!
This is the BEST restaurant in Brunswick………PERIOD The entrees, appetizers, and cocktails are all amazing. I also wasn’t expecting such large portions.

Yummy food. Order whatever you want it all tastes delicious.
My husband and I decided to celebrate our Anniversary at Embark. Thankfully, we were able to make a reservation the same day. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The staff was very friendly and warm. The menu had great variety. We decided to start with the bread plate. The bread was delicious and the oven roasted garlic paired nicely with the fresh ricotta cheese. I ordered the strip steak with fingerling potatoes and green beans. My steak was cooked to perfection. Juicy and full of flavor it melted in my mouth. The potatoes were topped with a bacon confit that I would pay good money for and eat on anything. The green beans were delicious as well. My husband ordered the Lobster Capellini special. Full of lobster and flavor. My only disappointment was that there wasn’t enough bacon confit…it was so good I wanted more. In a town that has so much to offer for restaurants, it’s so nice to have a place that offers delicious food that makes you feel good.

Wow! I heard this place was good so my expectations were high. We made a last minute reservation so we had what might be the least desirable table, but it gave us an up-close view of the kitchen so we saw the attention to detail given to each dish. We ordered an appetizer with lobster, spaetzle, and panko and it was just perfect. I would have been completely satisfied with just that, and bang for the buck was totally reasonable. The spicy margarita was a perfect blend of sweet and spicy with a really nice flavor. Our entrees were the pork bolognese and seared salmon, and wow, they were just amazing. The salmon was crispy outside with a perfectly cooked, tender inside. The sauce and other items on the plate had a flavor that complimented the salmon beyond my expectations. I had a taste of the bolognese and the pasta was cooked perfectly, and the dish had a wonderful flavor. I very much look forward to coming back! Very worth a visit!
The food was excellent. Had the duck special. It was cooked perfectly and the gnocchi were soft pillows. Also recommend the pork belly appetizer. Our waitress was outstanding to complete our dinning experience
