In my opinion, Flight Deck is the perfect brewery. First, wonderful beers with a nice variety of styles. Second, the location is awesome. Being close to the old Brunswick Air Base, they have re-purposed one of the buildings there and kept the theme. Last, there is a wood fired pizza place on location, which is pretty good! Family and dog friendly and plenty of room both inside and outside.

Just WOW. I used to work at a store that made pizza. I loved our pizza, BUT I just tried Flight Deck’s build your own pepperoni pizza! And OMG.. this is now and forevermore my FAVORITE PIZZA EVERRR! Perfect combination of sauce, dough, cheese and pepperoni ratios.. as a former pizza maker.. that is very important! Too much sauce and it’s soggy.. and greasy and gross.. too little.. what’s the point. But this.. THIS! This pizza changed my life. I’m ruined now.. and can never EVER eat pizza ANYWHERE ELSE AGAIN. #WORTHIT

Do not open to public if you have a large event going on! Way too busy and takes hours to get food when this happens. Also beer line gets crazy long and crowds others sitting inside, packed like sardines. Please just close for large private events, I’m sure they’re paying you enough to do so
Prefer somewhere less busy, especially during tourist season. Very unlucky if you go when they’re hosting an event because the event goers feel entitled to whatever they want and get way too drunk. Took over an hour to get my pizza one night. They used to have a food truck that was great for some variety but she moved to Trinken. Better places in Brunswick to go…Trinken or Moderation instead, much friendlier, and better vibes

I cannot attest to the beer quality, as I am more of a cider fan myself, and appreciate finding a local cider on tap! Brick oven pizza totally nailed, perfect crust and scrumptious flavor choices. Highly recommend.

Vegan & GF review 8/14/25- I did a make your own pizza with gf crust, vegan cheese, mushrooms and the garlic oil base instead of red sauce. I will say the garlic was way too strong so I couldn’t taste anything else. I’d recommend sticking with red sauce here lol. In the past I’ve had red sauce instead and the pizzas are 🔥🔥that’s why I’m still giving it a 5 star rating. This place was packed when we arrived at 6:30. They have lots of seating and the environment there is great with kids playing and happy dogs. We knew ahead of time that we’d have to wait about 40 mins for our pizza as expected since it was so busy. Worth the wait and it would be fun to bring some games to play while waiting.
