We lucked out with a tremendous lobster roll special, basically a mound of lobster on a hot dog roll supplemented with ample servings of fries and onion rings ( also Cole slaw and pasta salad). Service was incredibly fast and polite. Nice to be able to sit indoors and eat during a February weekend!

Wonderful dinner. Cannot recommend enough. Provides the authentic shore to table experience. The owners were a delight to talk with about the industry as well. We tend to purchase more than the average person. We spent $80 for two people but a typical order would be closer to $20 per person.

This clam chowder is one of the best I have ever had. The depth of flavor, whole clams, not a potato soup with clams, like so many. My 1st stop whenever we visit. Thank you, wish you could ship some to Texas.

Our party of 5 arrived around 2 in the afternoon on a Saturday in September. We were looking forward to some good fried seafood, but didn't get quite what we'd hoped for.

The place didn't seem particularly busy; our order was taken quickly but it took a good 30-40 minutes before our order was announced for pickup at the window.

While the quantity was decent, my fried clams were not much more than warm and lacked that crisp, just out of the oil goodness. The taste was ok, but it definitely wasn't up to the standards of the rave reviews I'd read before going there. The onion rings were also underwhelming, packaged/frozen batter-dipped rather than freshly breaded.

The rest of our party's meals were of similar caliber. I have a feeling that either they did not have the capacity to prepare 5 meals simultaneously so some had to sit for bit while the remainder were cooked, or that the completed order got sidelined while waiting on other customers. Had it been hot and fresh upon pickup I would have given better rankings on both service and food.

Not the worst rustic dining experience I've had, but far from the best.

This place is dank af. Nice kids working here, great belly clams and lobster roll, good prices, nice picnic tables looking over the water.

We got 2 large lobsters. One was really chewy. Other one was pretty spot on. Both had a lot of water in like it was boiled instead of steamed. The guys working there were nice and helpful.

Awesome Haddock sandwiches. For those that don't like seafood, they have great hamburgers too.

Parking: Restaurant is off Rt24. Slow down and be extremely careful when pulling in and when backing out.
