I love eating at JM when I go home for Christmas in Simsbury, Ct. The meats are always nearly an inch thick. I was so excited that JM opened a franchise near my hometown in Me. My first visit was ho-hum. They were so busy which is great. The staff was friendly and patient considering there was quite a line. When I got home and opened up my sub I was dismayed to se there was only two slices of roast beef! JM charges a lot because the give you a lot, unlike Subway. I've learned from owning Dunkins you have to be great at your specialty, in Dunkin's case fresh, hot coffee. I'll go again and I kindly suggest that you follow JM standards and start piling up the meats! The Mid-coast is tight knit and word gets around very quickly.

I love Jersey Mikes, however at this particular location multiple times now I've asked for extra bacon and instead got extra chicken. I understand it's just a silly mistake. But it happened enough times I'm wondering if the workers here know the difference between bacon and chicken

I am sitting here waiting for my sub writing this review because I have time, the two man crew is backed up with a line almost out the door. I love this location because it is convenient and close to me but every time I am in here, there is always one guy working his butt off with no help. You can tell he is trying is best to serve and help customers and he is want makes me come back to this location as his hard work and subs are great but you got to seriously got get him more help. I come to this location quite a bit and you can certainly see the stress on this man’s face every single time. Like I said subs are great but definitely need to get this guy some help to serve your customers much quicker.

Grabbed sandwiches for a picnic. Loved the new lto chicken sandwich.
Maddie was extremely dis-tasteful and rude, and also very unhygienic. The subs were not what they usually were, and she was also getting rude with other customers as well as a child. We will be coming back, but we are hoping she won’t be there.

Never go to eat at this location, they don't barley speak English, or none at all, they are chaotic and never get your order right, they are rude to you when u ask politely what you want on your sub, and from a close friend of mine who worked here I was told very bad things about the hygiene of food, and horrible ways they treat their employees.
