I do not recommend this location a lady was rude and said “ what are you staring at?!” As we were waiting for our food. The lady works there, but was off the clock, walked in with no gloves and grabbed her food and left as she said that to me.

At Brunswick KFC no one working line people walking out! No one acknowledged the customers. This place is a disgrace! Even people working the line couldn't at least acknowledge customers! They screwed up people's orders and got rude when questioned

Disappointed in the service at this location. The drive through is constantly backed up and if you go in plan to be waiting at least 30 minutes before anyone even speaks to you.
Our meals are constantly wrong and today we had four meals just dumped into one bag carelessly. Never mind the fact we were completely missing 1/3 of our order AGAIN.
We will not be returning. We have given this location the benefit of the doubt too many times.

Ordered at drive thru. When food got home, the chicken was overcooked, dry and inedible. The potatoes were brown, and tasted like vomit. The biscuits were dry hockey pucks. When I called to complain, the man identified himself as the manager walked away from the phone while I was talking, I could hear people talking and music in the background. I hung up and called back, and they picked up the phone and immediately hung up twice, then they just stopped answering. Absolutely deplorable in every way.

I have always enjoyed some KFC. It is known for the juiciest chicken around. The service has never been super fast but the wait was always worth it. I stopped at this KFC tonight hoping for the same, but was sorely disappointed. I ordered original recipe and had I not known better I would say it was extra crispy. But no, it was way over cooked and dry as a bone in the desert. But the bones in the chicken were less dry than the meat. $25.00 for chicken that could not be fed to my dog was a huge waste of money. I will never buy food at this KFC again.

Worst experience ever. I ordered at 6:35, was told pickup at 6:40, and did not get my food until 7:20pm. Not only that, but my order was missing all three biscuits I paid for. The worker locked the doors, so my husband was locked inside unable to leave until our food was ready. There were at least four other people waiting, one of whom said he’d been waiting for an hour. If you’re going to make me wait 40 minutes to “fast food” make sure my order is correct. There is only one person who works here who is considerate of customers, and luckily he’s been working the counter the Tuesday evening ones I come in, but he wasn’t working today.

I worked here and left without giving a two week notice because I got extremely sick after cleaning mold off of the racks from the walk-in refrigerator during an overnight deep cleaning would not recommend eating here sanitation not up to point and I have gotten food poisoning from eating at work multiple times I stayed for a year and a half. The only reason I stayed that long is the management really is good people, but I feel like I have to tell people some of the cross-contamination and other things I saw there could literately kill people with severe allergies
