Ordered 90 dollars worth of food from here on DoorDash and when we got the food they had cups half empty no sauce even thou I paid for it, the food was cold and the bags weren’t sealed the food was wide out in the open!! I called them to try to resolve the issues the manager did try to help at all and even said that you don’t have to seal the food even though their company signed a contract with DoorDash saying they would! This is ridiculous and the management is quite freaky pretty dumb. This store is very poorly ran and operated, corporate should be paying attention to this and even with all these horrible 1 star reviews the store hasn’t improved at all. Honestly they should be reported and have a food safety inspection because I’m sure if they did they would be shut down.

Received food thru door dash, my food was cold, not a single sauce made it in the bag. The bag wasn’t even seal and they (THE MANAGER) will tell you it’s not required but DoorDash requires it thru their end of the contract. Quite appalled by their custom service and food quality. Do not order here unless you want to waste money and get talked down to in a condescending way.

Getting better than it had been during and just after the pandemic, but still sometimes erratic lobby hours and sometimes extreme drive thru waits. Still, far better than in recent past and now open till midnight, making it a popular and unusual spot locally

No stars: picked up order in Cook’s Corner, Maine last week at 3:15 pm. Chicken was cold, corn dried up and shriveled and Cole slaw a bit dry…. This has never happened and for $30.00 I’m very upset. You just can’t imagine how bad the corn was. So disappointing.

What a colossal waste of time. Got in the dive thru line at 5:15pm and finally got our order at 6:08pm. Ordered 2 original 4pc combos and a 2pc combo with 3 sides of cole slaw and 2 sides of mashed. Order only had 1 side of mashed & 1 side of slaw. My combo had 1 hot pc of chicken and 3 warmish soggy pcs of chicken. Shorted 3 sides, waited nearly an hour for meh chicken? Never again.

My wife wanted six original wings. They charged her for two three piece chicken meals with a biscuit. That would have been great but she got one three piece chicken and a biscuit. Then our eight piece bucket had seven pieces of chicken and a big hunk of fried breading with no chicken. It was fine because the pieces we got were big pieces but maybe they should call it a seven piece. The one biscuit we got was colder than a hard winter and dryer than a covered bridge so maybe it was good we didn’t get the two we paid for. I will go back to getting my chicken from Hannaford or Shaws when I want it.

Expensive for the average workers... tastes good but they don't have the spicy, crispy chicken they used to have on their menu .... Biscuits are Gross, undercooked, doughy, I fed them to the birds! Once a year perhaps if I ever go again..... very greasy chicken and fries were below standard..
FF extremely cold gross. Chicken cooler than it should have been for no one in line but us. Not a happy person. We would have turned around and taken it back but had a family situation that we had to go to.

The chicken inside we could eat was delicious, BUT the outside was so well done we couldn't eat 80% of it... It was inedible.I asked if I could swap out those pieces and was told they are all the same. ?
