Grew up not far from Old Town...went back to Maine for first time in 30 yrs...couldn't wait to go by LL Bean store...First 6 items I looked at were made in Indonesia, China, Vietnam Nam....etc etc...Sad...LL Bean was so proud of what he produced in the USA...Left very disappointed. (LL must be turning over in his grave)

No comment here for the stores or for the quality or price of the merchandise. However, LL BEAN gets 5 stars for providing beach equipment at Popham and Reid beach - and wherever else. Their free to use umbrellas and chairs are such a good idea. The umbrella made my day at the beach so much more pleasant.
