Food was good and abundant. One plate would have satisfied two hungry diners. Restaurant is short staffed. Our server was very busy dealing with diners while simultaneously bussing tables. Two Bun meals and one soft drink ran us $45 including 20% tip.
I have been to little Tokyo multiple times and have always had a great experience, I generally always order the chicken teriyaki which has been delicious.
This time, however, the chicken was dark meat, completely grizzly and fatty. I couldn’t even get halfway through the meal, and even trying to eat it for leftovers was challenging. I’m not quite sure why is so much lower quality, but I know I will think twice before going there again.

We live in an area where there is excellent Japanese food. We stopped in since most of the other places were closed on Monday. The service was excellent, the food was good and came out fast, but the taste was just average. It was a great price for a lot of food. The restaurant looked old, but clean, a little dark. Though it was a little too warm and would have been nicer if it was cooler. We still enjoyed ourselves.
