Love mexican food. I've been going to this restaurant for years - I love it. The margaritas are good!! Anyone liking mexican food and good drinks should go. The wait staff was friendly and attentive.

I hesitated to write this review because I am ashamed to admit I even went here. But I'm taking that on the chin as a service to you.We sat at the bar directly in front of several (like, way more than you'd think) employees, but still somehow managed to get the slowest, least-engaged service imaginable. This was 7pm on a Saturday... and they were not busy.I ordered the Steak Chimichanga and my partner ordered the Baja Tacos, but I'm fairly certain we were served deceased animals from the PetSmart a few doors down. My "steak" must have been ground up dog meat mixed with kibble that got left in the rain, then wrapped in a wet paper towel and zapped in the microwave for at least an hour. The rice was clearly made of Play-Doh.And the "tacos" were obviously just ground up goldfish that had cured on the pavement behind the restaurant, which was then wrapped in tissues and put on a plate. It did taste different from whatever it was that was on my plate, but better would definitely not be the word for it.Seriously, this was the most disgusting meal I have ever been served. The staff obviously knows, though, because nobody ever even asked, "How was everything?" Thank god because there was no way I was going to be able to lie. My soda water was the only thing that wasn't suspect.I knew better before even coming in, but there are so few options for places to eat in this area. It was a moment of weakness driven by desperation that led to this truly regrettable experience. I will eat my own shoes before going here again.

My family and I went to margaritas for a relaxing evening full of good food. We ended up leaving when our food was served cold after 1 1/2 hours of waiting. The manager was dismissive of our problems and remade my son’s food and served it in a to-go box. Later that night 2 of us threw up. My son’s “remade” steak was absolutely raw. He ate it on the way home from the restaurant because he was starving and because he ate it in the dark, he had no idea that he was eating raw beef. I am absolutely astonished that this restaurant is still running. They need a health inspection as well as a food safety lesson given to the cooks.

Positive- chips and salsa was good Negative-kids meal supposed to include drinks and ice cream. Was charged for drinks and ice cream never offered. Skillet enchiladas was supposed to have tomatillo sauce but they might have put a tablespoon total over three enchiladas. Refried beans had absolutely no flavor Chicken fajitas had so much seasoning and were dry and overcooked Ice tea form a fountain-gross. At least offer a good brewed tea to wash down the mediocre food. Will go to other options for Mexican food in Brunswick area. Very disappointing meal.

I want this to be a good place, but the food was terrible. Waitstaff was inexperienced, so I don't want to be too hard on them. We ordered fajitas to share between two and barely ate half. The rice and beans were inedible and everything tasted burnt and bitter. The jalapeno margarita had zero spice and we had to request the special ice cream that was supposed to come with the kid's entree. Every drink and dish was very delayed in getting to us. . Super disappointed and can't recommend it

Been here a few times, food and drinks are decent, steak is consistently too fatty to eat though (just steak flavored fat if we're being honest). Prices are a little steep for the drink quality, but not horrifically so (expect a few extra bucks for each drink). Otherwise this is a pretty decent place.

Food was absolutely terrible, been going to margaritas restaurants for decades and this one really misses the marks. Hopefully they figure out their kitchen woes. Staff was friendly.

Dawn is the best server. We love the vegan options and atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: Vegan meals can be made. The sizzle has anchovies, and they use a lot of dairy, but the vegetable fajitas are always good, and the guac is yummy.

Restaurant is new and nicely laid out. The service staff was great and very attentive even while busy. The chips and salsa to start were wonderful and we had high hopes for our chicken and steak entries. However the flavor was flat... Literally... It was as if the items were simply not seasoned properly and the onions underneath my steak tasted as if they had cleaning fluid.

If you've ever had real Mexican food in say California or Florida or Texas, you'll be hugely disappointed here. Mainers shouldn't have to put up with such a bad representation of Mexican food. Decent service. Silly atmosphere. Feels like restaurant chain hell.

This is our first visit to this establishment. We had a hunger for nachos and ordered from the appetizers menu. OMG unless there are six or eight people in your party you won't have room for anything else. Nicole our server was attentive with our hovering.

walked in with a friend to have a drink and some dinner, we were told it would be a 40 minute wait which was fine so we checked out the bar and decided not to stay after not being spoken to even 1 time for the whole 15 minutes we were in the establishment. A couple days later found out the bartender Christina who I don't know and who doesn't know me was talking badly about my to customers at the bar who came and told me what she said. Extremely unprofessional, upon sharing my experience it seems as though there is quite a lot of other people who have had similar if not worse experiences at this establishment because of this employee. Will not ever go back to such an uncomfortable and hostile environment. It's too bad 1 bad apple has to ruin the whole tree for a lot of people.
