Waited at counter at least 15 minutes before anyone took our order. Than waited 25+ minutes for our meals and fish sandwich was cold

The most mediocre franchise food.Bland and tasteless.How did this co become so successful.? Should be sucksessful! Haven't eaten this in years. We were starved due to a fasting regimen for a medical procedure at Midcoast Hosp.and wound up here.Never again and of course they messed up the order. Bad really bad

Made me sit and wait 8 minutes for newest food on menu. Only 1 car was ahead of me. Have me another person's order; thankfully he didn't get too far out of sight when I was getting out of my car going um...I didn't order fish sandwich or fries!! Plus they hadn't gotten their drinks either so they had to stay longer for their food. Sorry Brunswick McD's you fail... Won't go there again.

I visited this McDonald's in Brunswick Maine on 5 May 25. What I found there renued my faith in humanity. The store manager Lutrell (I hope I spelled that correctly) was clearly understaffed. He with one other employee seemed to be running the whole store. Lutrell was running the front of the house and doing an amazing job. He was cheerful and had a welcoming smile. Clearly he was stressed and feeling the pressure that understaffinging can cause (something I know a lot about as a nurse). All the while he was calm, cool and collected. Thank you for doing what you do so well, you clearly need to have a substantial increase in pay.
