Edited: If you take a moment you'll see that all the positive reviews of this place are more than 1 year old. Do yourself a huge favor and skip this location. Management is arrogant, rude, and not above lying to customers. Order takers don't listen and then it's the customers fault when the order is wrong (and it almost always is). I will drive the extra miles to a different location even though I live closest to Cooks Corner.
-- Original review-- I drive thru nearly everyday and place a large order. Never ONCE have they gotten it right. Today i waited 18 minutes in the drive thru and they didn't have one of my sandwiches. The manager actually told me I'd have to go around again and order the sandwich THEY forgot. I guess I was just supposed to tell one of the kids they can't eat today. Sorry. The service in the place is going down fast and the weekends are the worst of all.

i go to this specific location almost everyday if not for myself for someone else and not once in the last month or 2 have i been pleased since the management changed they have gone extremely downhill the food is always cold and takes WAY too long to be handed out and half the time i end up missing half of my order my most recent visit will be my last due to the staff incompetence i simply called asking if my mobile order could be cook to order which i know they can easily do as a past employee at a different location and they proceeded to tell me they didn’t receive me order and couldn’t and then mocked me when i said okay in a confused tone when i got my food it was very clearly not cook to order and they threw the food on the counter at me and said nothing and put my only 2 drinks in a drink tray without asking causing difficulty traveling back home due to having to walk leaving them to fall in the parking lot also extremely disappointed in the cleanliness off the staff they are constantly un gloved and whipping sweat off of them getting sweat and hair in the food and they do not at all pay attention to the customers

I called the manager and wanted to ask what age they are hiring, and he rudely said Not today I thought he was getting prank call, and he thought it was me, so I called back and asked the same question and he hung up on me again. I have a friend who works there, and he told me that the manager is rude.

Waited 14 minutes for a 10 piece meal and a quarter pounder with only lettuce and Mack sauce. When I asked what was taking so long they said it would be another 7 minutes for the pies. I said seven more minutes? I've already been waiting 14 minutes. Why didn't they put down the pies when I ordered them?? Hey guys this isn't rocket science. The manager actually gave me an attitude.. okay so I'm supposed to take your attitude because I'm already sitting there 14 minutes and now I have to sit there for another 7 minutes because your crew forgot to put down more pies? No wonder why you guys have a rating of 3.2
Had a question, employee was abrupt and rude with answer and then hung up a second after! Literally a basic question about their oil.

Employees so dumb u can't even get a steak egg abd cheese mcgriddle right it comes out as bacon. Even though the guy at the window even Saud here your steak egg and cheese mcgriddle. Not happy not the first time this location gas screwed up a simple sandwich. I have learned my lesson go to burger King if u want your order right
