Employees so dumb u can't even get a steak egg abd cheese mcgriddle right it comes out as bacon. Even though the guy at the window even Saud here your steak egg and cheese mcgriddle. Not happy not the first time this location gas screwed up a simple sandwich. I have learned my lesson go to burger King if u want your order right

Stood at this McDonald's for a good 7 minutes. Blasted some videos so anyone could tell I was there, and no one took care of me. I walk to my car, and the drive thru is empty. This place is a joke. I've never had an experience like this
I ordered breakfast online shortly before 10:10am. When I got to the drive-thru, there was a long line. When I pulled up to the speaker at 10:29am and gave them my order number, I was told that they couldn’t fill the order because they were getting ready to start serving lunch. So, in 19 minutes the sandwiches were never made? Seriously?! Just when you think fast food restaurant service couldn’t get any worse!!!

Westbrook McDonald's is out of control. I waited 30 min to get my meal from drive thru to the parking spot I was told to pull into after ordering. Not very satisfied with this place lately but can't expect much these days
