Exceptional Restaurant! My daughter and I had dinner here two nights while staying at the Brunswick Hotel. The food was excellent, but most important for us was the tremendous attention paid to our meal requests. We need help for food allergies-onion and garlic-which are often very difficult to accommodate. The whole staff was extremely helpful and careful, the chef even came out to talk to us about options and we loved our excellent meals and the attention to our needs. They were just wonderful. I recommend the ravioli and the scallops, both were delicious. Would definitely recommend this wonderful restaurant!

We were here for a week on a business, personal trip. We had a room and multiple meals, breakfast and dinner. All were excellent as was the service. What a friendly, relaxing, beautiful place. Was everything perfect? What is. However, in my spoiled, happy life, this is as close as it gets. Enjoy!

We had a reservation at 4 for the igloos. We arrived at 4:10 and they said that it was to cold and weren’t opening up the igloos. Seriously it’s winter and it’s a heated igloo. They sat us in the restaurant and then a lady came over and said they were getting an igloo ready for us. The heat wasn’t turned on until then and it wasn’t cleaned. They quickly cleaned the table and turned the heat on. Then we ordered off the happy hour menu. They never even bothered to light the candle in there and the food was very mediocre. We paid the bill and left, cold and disappointed. The next morning I looked at my bill and they charged us full price for our drinks and appetizers . I live in Brunswick and we have a lot of fabulous restaurants but I will never go back and not recommend noble restaurant.

Went for after work drinks with 10 people and ordered three small apps. Everyone had a couple of drinks and we required very little service. Each of us was hit with a 20% large party charge. We will never be back and will make sure to share this experience with many others.

We made a reservation for Tuesday night at 6:30. When we arrived our table was not ready, we waited approximately a half hour. Our server Kathy was amazingly kind and prompt . She was the star of our dining experience. The food was excellent! I had the salmon, it was cooked perfectly! The flavor combination on the plate was perfect for my taste. My wife had the ravioli with mushroom ragu. So good!! We live in Harpswell and dine at Noble 2 or 3 times a year.

My friend and I wandered in this magical inn at 10:30 pm, starving after a long drive and harrowing adventure. Our waitress and the owner opened the kitchen back up for us and were the most hospitable, wonderful, and generous. Cannot recommend enough.

Beautiful bar and restaurant. Friendly, professional staff. I enjoyed a Caesar salad with Salmon and a delicious cocktail-the Pink Cadillac. The grilled scallops were deli’s with grits that were very tasty and flavorful. Outside seating is available. There is a fire pit on the deck and seating all around. Upbeat, friendly, local.
Had the Lobster risotto cakes and they were amazing. Our service was stellar, we sat outside the waitstaff were attentive and our food was served piping hot. The Pink Cadillac was perfection. I’m so glad my husband suggested trying it I am sure we will be back.

Arrived 5:30 for an early dinner. First round of drinks (margaritas) were made with vodka instead of tequila and we were charged an extra dollar each for salt on the rim. It took an hour to get our appetizers and we were told they ran out of small plates for us to eat them on. Our main meals took almost an hour as well. 2 out of 3 salmon dishes were too raw to eat, The chicken on a caesar salad was dark meat that was gristly and under cooked. We tried to order glasses of red wine and were told they were out of cabernet sauvingnon & red zinfandel. If we could give this a rating lower than poor, we would. It was horrible. Management was apologetic, but offered no recompense. We live locally and told them they had just lost 6 future customers. We feel that the fairest way for them to have handled this would have been no charge for the atrocious experience.

I had an exceptional experience during my visit. The salmon was nothing short of incredible—perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. Every bite was delicious! The newly remodeled inside and outside introduced is absolutely stunning—modern, elegant, and a true visual treat that elevates the dining atmosphere. Our experience was also outstanding because of our server, Shay. Her energy and professionalism set the tone for the entire evening, making the atmosphere feel both welcoming and elevated. Shay truly went above and beyond to ensure our evening was special. Highly recommend!! I’ll absolutely be returning soon!

My wife and I have lived in Bath for 3 years and tonight was our first time trying Noble. The food was fantastic! Also their fire place area in the outdoor space was so nice for an after dinner glass of wine. We had Shae and she was a spectacular server! She gave amazing recommendations and made sure we had the best experience. Such a great night!
