Went with good expectations due to the bangor location being great however...ordered a pepperoni pizza got only cheese so instead of making a new one the fix was to throw the pepperoni on top and call it good. Upon returning home with the *fixed pizza* we still had a cheese pizza where the pepperoni was not cooked on top and fell completely off picking it up out of the box. A minor mistake that should of been fixed a different way :( good thing I went through the taco bell drive through aswell

We've lived in the area for 30 years, but because of the terrible difficulty in getting in and out of the parking lot, I have never done business here. We heard Pat's had good gluten-free pizza, so we decided to finally give them a try.
The first order was made incorrectly and some items were missing. When they were asked to remake the entire order, they initially declined. We wanted a hot meal, and having most of the order getting cold while waiting for more to cook was unacceptable, especially for a first time customer.
After some discussion, the other was remade. However, we neglected to open the boxes to verify the order was correct. When we got home, the remade order was also incorrect. Once again, the person in our family with dietary restrictions did not get to have a hot meal because the restaurant that specializes in hot meals could not do the job correctly, twice.
In my youth, I was taught there is always time to do the job right the first time. It takes longer to rush and make mistakes.
We will not be returning. That was a waste of time and money. Never again.

We ordered for pickup- the cheesy bread actually had added sea salt and we couldn't eat it without wiping it off. The Pizza had added salt in spite of it having pepperoni, cheese, etc. TOOO MUCH SALT MADE THESE IMPOSSIBLE TO ENJOY!

This is the second time they have messed up my DoorDash order.

Came in for dinner around 7pm and we waited at the door to be seated for about 20 min. No one even acknowledged us till the bar tender came out to seat us. Then we sat down and check out the menu and it was another 10 min for the waitress to even come and take our order. We ordered an appetizer and those came out before we even got our drinks. Asked about our drinks and we're told let me see if they are up. Got the drinks and shortly after our dinners came out. As we were eating we never saw our waitress again untill she gave us the check and felt like we were being hurried up out the door. I have been here a few other times and never had this much of a disappointment. I will take my business elsewhere going forward.

Don’t believe the hype. Pizza was below par. Flavorless sauce, weird tasting cheese and a crust that falls into comparison with a frozen pizza. Ziti with meat sauce was even worse. Looked and tasted like a can of unseasoned crushed tomatoes mixed with a burger cooked on the flat top and quickly tossed together.

The works pizza is so delicious with plenty of toppings! Service was great. We had a delay in our pizza due to a mistake, and our server Kim went above and beyond to make it right.
I'm a traveler passing through, and this place has that wonderful hospitality that reminds me of simpler times.

I had 2 pizzas made and both where horrible and burned they use to be so good what happened? I use to know Pat and this is not what I remember at all!
Went there on Sunday evening to get pizza. Ordered half taco with burger and half bbq chicken, which was more like 70-30 not half & half. We were told it would only take 10 min which sounded like a dream. After 35 minutes we asked for an update and the girl who was so lost said they dropped the pizza and she would ask the kitchen to make it right away. It sounds to me like she never sent my order to the kitchen. She asked my husband if he wanted to get something for free as an apology for the wait, like a cookie or chips. At this point this shouldn't even be a question, it should be a must. Send the customer back home with something extra that's not a cookie or chips. Now we're at 50 minutes of wait and our pizza finally came, and boy, was I pissed. Worst pizza of my life. Even my husband who never complains said he can make better pizza. The beef was so dry, the dough didn't have enough salt, everything about it was just so awful. We were really upset for wasting 50 minutes and a couple bucks for horrible food.
