The ricotta is excellent with the accents that go with it. The focaccia also. The Marsala pasta was excellent. The fennel salad was excellent providing texture and acidity that complemented the meal very well. The pistachio pasta needs to be reworked in my opinion. There's absolutely no flavor of pistachio and really what it is is an alfredo with savory meat accent. The server didn't seem to understand family style. We asked for spoons to help transfer pasta from the larger serving dish to our table dish. Weird because it felt like he scolded us that it was an app dish and not what he intended for us to use for eating. And then he only gave us these tiny little teaspoon spoons that didn't help at all in transferring the pasta to our plates. Also, there was a hygiene issue with this waiter that I don't appreciate. Atmosphere-wise it's functional. The art on the walls is lovely and the seating is pretty. It is what it is but it's not comfy or a place that I crave to sit in again.

Food: Of our dinners in the party those without tomato sauce were to my taste. Wine was a 50/50 hit-miss. The tomato sauce is a heavy spicy sauce. Dessert was truly swoon worthy and unique - an almond sauce with almond cake with an orange gelata. There are theme specials - almonds this time- which all sounded great. Also much enjoyed was a mushroom sauced pasta. The others in my party really liked everything they ordered, other than the one wine mismatch to food. Recommended to anyone.

We ordered out. We had the soup - Italian Wedding? - , focaccia, the Pasta a la pistachio and the ragu. All were very good. What also was good was the service - nice, prompt people - and the fact that the serving containers (with very few exceptions) were compostable. Great promotion for what could otherwise have been a wasted, slow day during a snow storm. Good going, Pomelia!

My husband and I have been eating here since they first opened and I’ve always been extremely happy with the meals, but unfortunately we got takeout this evening and it had to be one of the worst we’ve ever had from this restaurant The chicken Parmesan tonight on a scale of one to 10 might’ve been a 3 for dessert, my husband ordered a torta Tenerina which looked like a brownie from Hannaford‘s bakery
