We ordered out. We had the soup - Italian Wedding? - , focaccia, the Pasta a la pistachio and the ragu. All were very good. What also was good was the service - nice, prompt people - and the fact that the serving containers (with very few exceptions) were compostable. Great promotion for what could otherwise have been a wasted, slow day during a snow storm. Good going, Pomelia!

We got the Wednesday night special to go. It was great. Quality of the food and attention to detail in the boxing to go is commendable. Even the cannolis were garnished in the to go container. It is the little things that make the meal and to know that the cannolis were not just shoved in a box tells you that the rest of it was prepared as if I was in the restaurant. Best to go dinner in years.

Have you seen “The Bear” and wish you could have a bit of that experience (Minus the screaming and disfunction) in Maine?

This is the spot.
Frankly, I could care less about food. However, our meal on Thursday was so good that I am sitting here writing this review on Saturday.

My wife and I have dined at Pomelia twice and both times were exceptional.
The first time we experienced their regular menu with Josh as our waiter....
