Last time I came the brisket was very good tinder and fresh.. this time it was very dry and seem to be old. The Mac a cheese tasted old as well.. it’s sad because I really enjoyed comming here.. $ 70 for 3 pit plates of what seems to be old food is crazy. Will not be back. Very disappointing

The lady who took our order was very nice so I don’t want to be too critical but for lack of a better way to say this…there food lacks flavor and not much attention is placed on knowing when the meat is done. The brisket was borderline tough and very dry not a significant smoke ring surrounded brisket and very little smoke flavor had penetrated.the ribs were smoked a little better but still a huge lack of flavor almost like they want to rely on the bbq sauce for flavor. don't go here unless you have all day and want the wrong food. I arrived with no orders and no one waiting. ordered 2 burgers and loaded water tots, rheh said 10 mins. 2 other people came and got small orders. the 3rd guys to arrive got their food first and left. the next guy after me got his and then when I asked where my food was the lady just sneered at me. turns out she gave my food to the orher guy who ate my tots and opened my burgers. they gave the burgers back and she said I have loaded fried for you. I said no I got tots and she said angrily, then you can't wait. I said I've already been here a half hour after you said 10 minutes. another angry look and she says, it's been 21 mins. the Mac and cheese was cold but the other food was at least good. These people have no business running any sort of food operation, I'd avoid them at all costs until they can take a class on how to do more than 1 thing at a time an how to treat customers. I travel for work and always eat out and this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. DO NOT GO HERE

Rollin Smoke BBQ was fantastic for our wedding. They were very easy to work with and you cant beat the value. They accommodated the many dietary restrictions of our guests, which was greatly appreciated. The highlights for me were the brisket and chicken—so yummy! Highly recommend them for a delicious and stress-free catering experience!

First time trying the wings and was disappointed. 4 for $12 is outrageous especially when the chicken wings had minimal meat on them and the skin was so tight and dry and not flavorful. Thankfully there were some good side sauces to help.

Highly recommend grabbing a bite from Rollin’ Smoke while at Flight Deck Brewery! Best pasta salad I’ve ever had. Awesome variety of sauces and several delicious smoked meat options. The loaded fries are killer too! Considering hiring them for a catering event!

Rollin smoke bbq knows what they're doing! Not only do they have good bbq, they also have a delicious pasta salad that's dressed in Italian dressing (not mayo) and their onion rings are BOMB 🔥🔥🔥

Both hamburger and hot dog were tepid. Certainly not cooked to order. My wife walked up, came back to our table, and went right back to get the order. Less than 60 seconds. No way those were made fresh. Hamburger bun was just a cheap no name brand, and dried out at that. The fries were good and hot. The smoked Mac n cheese was a meager portion for $7 and had no smoke flavor to it. It was hot at least.
