The lady who took our order was very nice so I don’t want to be too critical but for lack of a better way to say this…there food lacks flavor and not much attention is placed on knowing when the meat is done. The brisket was borderline tough and very dry not a significant smoke ring surrounded brisket and very little smoke flavor had penetrated.the ribs were smoked a little better but still a huge lack of flavor almost like they want to rely on the bbq sauce for flavor. Rollin Smoke BBQ was fantastic for our wedding. They were very easy to work with and you cant beat the value. They accommodated the many dietary restrictions of our guests, which was greatly appreciated. The highlights for me were the brisket and chicken—so yummy! Highly recommend them for a delicious and stress-free catering experience!
First time trying the wings and was disappointed. 4 for $12 is outrageous especially when the chicken wings had minimal meat on them and the skin was so tight and dry and not flavorful. Thankfully there were some good side sauces to help.
