My girlfriend and here tried the vegetarian and vegan lunch choices. I will say that lunch choice for both was a really good deal! The flavors were complex and I like food spicy which helped make the meal a bit more enjoyable. Let me say that for a budget lunch meal, for two it was close to 36 dollars for two entrees and naan, and a soup which was reasonable for the amount of food we received! I would recommend it. Love this spot. Very consistently good and worth the 30min trip for us to eat something comfortable and flavorful. I highly recommend getting at least a 3/4 spiciness because the food is supposed to be spicy and has a WAY more full flavor compared to a 1 or 2.
We have been coming here for years. We were skeptical having come from NYC near an area filled with terrific Indian food restaurants. This place has won our hearts!! The food is so good and the folks that run it are lovely people. Cannot say enough good things!
