Best starbucks ever! Staff is awesome and always says hello when you walk in. They are fast and efficient. I visit many Starbucks throughout the State and this one by far goes above and beyond!!!

Simply the best! Starbucks in Brunswick is hands down one of my favorite places. The culture is so welcoming, making every visit feel like a small escape from the day-to-day rush. The atmosphere is always warm and inviting—perfect for meeting with friends, catching up on work, or simply enjoying a delicious beverage. The customer service is consistently top-notch; the baristas are friendly, kind, attentive, and go the extra mile to make your order just right. And of course, the drinks are amazing! Starbucks in Brunswick is different, it feels like home away from home because of the incredible staff, exceptional service and consistently great drinks.

This time i could order online and pick up at window but when i asked about gluten free choices on food the cashier said she couldnt hear me..after several times repeating what i was asking she told me to pull up to the window ..there are pretty much no gluten free choices.i told her i ordered for roxan..she kept saying she couldnt hear me..so i raised my voice..then she said..you dont have to yell...really? Im not yelling im speaking louder so you can hear me i said..she said ok thank you..walked away..would not give me my drink and sent a guy over..who would also not give me my drink..i asked for my drink..he asked what i ordered..i said for Roxan..he knew..it was right there in his hand as the first cashier handed it to him...he gave me a hard time..then said dont ever come back...i ordered a pup cup which is what they did bring to me first..... I dont appreciate being talked to like that..i am a regular customer at many different starbucks north and south on the road and have never been treated like this..topsham is great! Brunswick always has some kind of issue..i hope someone straightens this out Every time I go to Brunswick Maine Starbucks it does not allow me to order on my app ahead of time..I have to walk in..I don't appreciate this especially in the rain..the app said when I went to order my usual that my order was not available at this location..which was confusing to me ..so I thought I had to walk in to look at the menu and decide what I wanted differently.then i remembered this happened to me before at only this location....I walked in and ordered my usual with no problem ..but walking is sometimes a problem for me and time consuming so it was very inconvenient for me..never a problem at other locations to order on the app and pick up at window..and so here I find myself sitting in starbucks taking up more of my limited time writing this bad review..

I visit this location 3-4 times a week. Every time they are out of the food for my daughter. Sandwiches, bagels, you name it. Then they try and tell me it’s my timing. Every visit a different worker recites the same excuse script which I find funny. Not my timing. I purposely have tried different days, different times. Nothing. Topsham location always has everything always. Really annoying - fix your supply issues!

Fastest Starbucks drive-through. I waited to see if it’s just a fluke. but several trips in I’m consistently through the drive-through in just a few minutes and my order is always correct.
Was given a drink made with regular espresso when I asked for decaf (and it said decaf on the label). I can tell the difference within 30 minutes... by which time I'm too far away to do anything about it. I've been having this problem at a number of Starbucks lately. Switching to caff-free Diet Coke when I'm on the road.

Friendly atmosphere. Workers often seem to be overwhelmed by amount of orders + neverending customer lines. Many people are disrespectful to workers, but i’ve had a great experience!

Upon arriving there ordering inside a Honeyman tea while two other vehicles were ordering through drive-through. After I had already gone into the store and ordered then four workers working on the drive-through only and no one serving the one customer inside of the store. The worst service I’ve ever had I will not spend another dime at Starbucks in the Brunswick location not only did they not even apologize for the horrible customer service but they tried to shame me by telling me that it was TNT takes a while. It’s a little hot water. Two teabags poured into a cup. It literally takes less than 30 seconds to make , I will never spend a dime in that store again they should be ashamed of themselves
