Just got my food from a doordash order and I'm so pissed. My blt sandwich is literally a lettuce sandwich and the sandwich is so light weight, they didn't even fill the sandwich up, plus they fogot the cheese too. Whoever worked on tuseday January 28th around 4pm -5pm. You should be fired cause it clearly shows how much you don't care about customers food quality and quantity.

This is a great Subway, not even compared to the one in Topsham (although that is a stark comparison) but just in general. I've now been many times. The place is spotlessly clean, and sandwiches are made quickly and exactly the way they're ordered. Service is very accommodating and welcoming, even forty minutes before closing time. The young lady behind the counter, who seems like the manager--or if she's not, definitely has an attitude of knowing what she's doing--is openly friendly, and because of that I've tipped well every time I've been in. While the Subway in Topsham next to the Circle K is a little grubby and as of two weeks ago is worked by some staff members who are openly irritated and inconvenienced by the idea of a customer, this Brunswick Subway stands out as a warm and comfortable experience in comparison. I definitely recommend the Brunswick Subway over the Topsham one, even for people who live very near to the Topsham one. Good stuff 👍🏻
Kid-friendliness: Was not playing loud music that is inappropriate for kids, which was noticeable after experiences with the Topsham Subway.

I was there today and the place was busy and to think they had only one person working. But this lady was awesome l. She was very professional she never complained and she took care of all the customers and did he job very well. Subway should acknowledge her hard work.

Used to work here for years they treated me like trash there so rude to customers they don’t use cloves when there touching food. They have ants flys all threw the back. DONT EAT HERE!

Clean! Unlike the subway in Topsham you can definitely tell this is a completely different owner. Staff is well trained and practice good customer service skills. Unlike the Topsham location. Definitely recommend pleasant street this owner knows how to run a business you can tell without meeting him.
After waiting in line I order my sandwich and they wont honor my coupon, any 12" sub for 6.99, had to pay up full price of 16 dollars

I have been coming to this subway for awhile now. Most of the employees make a delightful sandwich and I am so appreciative but the one employee, never seems to realize that the ends of sandwiches need toppings too. Every time I walk in to get a sandwich i pray they have learned but they never do. I hope you can inform the manager to make sure to have her employees put toppings on the edge of the sandwich. I do have to give credit to the other employees who make a fantastic sandwich and keep me coming back!

The girl with the multiple face piercings and buzzcut put Gloves on but put half her arm into my sandwich then her shirt touched my sandwich the middle of her arm legit touched my sandwich . What’s the point of gloves if the rest of your body will come in contact with my food? Didn’t appreciate the employee skin and clothing touching my food.
