If all y’all could wait till you clock out to get high we could actually have a decent TB/KFC in Cooks Corner but noooooo. Sitting in a FAST food drive through for an HOUR only to receive a cold rubbery crunch wrap supreme should actually be a crime because what the hell.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to, by a wide margin. I've tried ordering from here on 3 separate occasions, and I've never gotten an order that was fully correct. Today was our last order from this place. Out of 6 items, we received 5 - and not a single one was accurately prepared.

The Soft Taco Supreme was just a soft taco. The cheese quesadilla (for a vegetarian) had chicken. Requests for refried beans instead of meat were made, but instead we received black beans. Extra sour cream that was paid for was not included. We asked for hot sauce and received none. Burritos with onions removed had onions included. The items that DID have refried beans included were dry, pasty, and generally disgusting. Burritos were prepared with all non-bean fillings at one end.

I'm genuinely puzzled about how a Taco Bell can be THIS bad. I've been to dozens of locations all over the country, but none have ever been this awful.

so, today i ordered a number 10 and my dad ordered a number 7. they didnt even ask if i wanted chicken, steak, or black beans nor if i and my dad wanted a soft or crunchy taco. they just said ‘ok’ and then once we got to the drive thru, they gave us our food. when we got home, we took our food out and we saw how much of a mess they made our food. it was squished, meat was everywhere, and my dad’s quesadillas were all piled up together.

Placed an order online for the first time, was greeted at the drive through speaker with a rude and snappy employee. Upon telling them I had placed a mobile order they responded with “The lobby is open y’know”. Unfortunately this location is known for having long wait times and a lobby that is never open. Not only did I wait in my car for 30+ minutes but I was snapped at “Maybe your food will be ready by the time you get to the window”. When I got to the window the young woman with jet black box dye hair and a nose piercing rolled her eyes at me as I requested a lemonade because the sweet tea was out! Then proceeded to not reach and I had to sit up in my seat to grab the drinks from her AND the bags. I was not parked far away. Will not be considering coming back to this location in the future.

This is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to and I assume that it's probably the worst KFC I've ever been to but I've not had KFC from here yet. But I do remember once when I was in drive-thru and they told the car in front of me 2 hours before closing that they didn't have any more chicken so why are you even open if you don't have chicken. I got a steak quesadilla today that had almost no steak in the quesadilla. They told me they were almost out of everything in the store and they don't sell Mexican pizzas anymore even though they're still on the menu and online on the menu.

Food is good fs, I was told by a guy at the drive through that the drive thru was open till 1 but it always says closed at 10 I wish they were open just a little longer as I get out of work at 10. That’s my only issue everything else is fire

Service was absolutely horrible. Dude running the front was going insane, refusing orders and yelling at his coworkers and being very rude to customers at 8:30 pm when they close at 10.

Got to the Taco Bell/kfc to pick up an order place half an hour before. Mind you at 9 pm, they close at 10 or 11. Employee at the front was screaming at his coworker, fully crashing out. Told us he couldn’t make our order because it was “too big”.

Ok I don't usually like leaving reviews especially negative ones I've been 4 times in the past week to this KFC/taco bell twice they messed up the order once the steak u could tell had been sitting around quite awhile twice I had the same girl at window she was jus overly rude n snappy the 1st time I jus assumed she was having a bad day but then the next time same attitude so now I assume that's jus her u don't like fast food don't work there 3 of the times I ordered a mobile order for KFC then Taco Bell at the window because they don't allow mobile Taco Bell orders for whatever reason twice as far as that goes went off without a hitch gave me my food at the window no problem the 3rd time and the reason I'm leaving this review I tell the guy at the speaker he tells me I can jus tell them at the 2nd window I get to the 2nd window he hands me my Taco Bell I tell him I have a mobile order he goes away then comes back and tells me I have to come inside to pick up mobile orders....wait .what? Never before have I had an issue picking up a MOBILE order and what in the hell is the point of placing a MOBILE order if u have to go inside to pick it up anyway this is shear laziness on the crew that was working tonight n poor leadership I use to be a shift leader at a KFC and worked at a separate taco bell amongst numerous other fast food restraints this is very poor service on all fronts think I shoud apply and show them how to do business and treat GUESTS without us non of you would work there as there'd be no business and no money to pay you... you guys should learn this

I sat there for 20 plus minutes Order was not correct I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch which was correct and it was made properly it was sticking to the bag so it was in pieces by the time I got it done stuck from the bag and then I ordered a five-layer beefy burrito and I got tomatoes and lettuce and a bunch of extra meat and it's not a five layer beef burrito
