Hands down the worst Taco Bell/kfc in Maine. Service was awful, the manager kept looking at the line at the counter and going “where’s my staff?” And her staff clearly didnt like her. Sauces were on the floor, cleanliness is awful there. Food is the worst I’ve ever had from fast food. Someone could put this place out of business so fast if they set up a halfway decent taco place nearby. Can’t believe it’s possible for a place to be this bad.

Food was alright but man is this location disgusting. Spilled food. Sauce packets exploded inside container stains everywhere and this was at 10:20am so wasn't after a bid rush. Just not good

I mean what can I say, it’s terrible. Every time I ask for no lettuce, guess what? Lettuce. Hell 1/3 of the time they just give me different food entirely. Good luck getting a refund or a remake too. Only go here because there isn’t another one in like 50 miles

I have been to this Taco Bell many times I work across the street over at Staples. They are always kind and my food is always made correctly. They also work very hard in our short staffed and the employees that work there have a very difficult time so definitely ease up when you talk to them because they’re always respectful and always Remake anything that isn’t correct without any complaints that’s why I come here twice a week. I would give my business here any day. I definitely recommend if you’re looking for fast food somewhere.

Thay have a really bad habit with not completing orders correctly and it takes way longer than it should to get food. They need to train better and make sure the employees are doing there jobs correctly.

Ordered a Luxe box and 3 soft tacos with 2 fruit Tropicana drinks. Drinks had no taste and barely any color from water. All the food was cold except for the meat parts.... because there was little to NO meat on any of them and supreme was not supreme. Worst food and waste of time. Absolutely disgusted. It was a crappy taco bell before I didn't think it could get worse. Well it did. For $22 spent and stale taco shells and chips and the rest I mentioned. Terrible but it won't let you give a zero or minus star review.

I am so unbelievably upset ! Lately going to this taco bell has been a nightmare! Orders all wrong and or missing items! Tonight we went through the drive through and ordered three grilled cheese burritos with chicken! When we got home to eat our meal I had opened my burrito and it was completely flat and stuck to the wrapper , there was no ingredients in the burrito other than very little chicken and maybe some cheese , but there was no sauce no rice nothing!! I will definitely not be going back to this location !

Any other Taco Bell in the US would normally have more laid back workers this Taco Bell stiff and makes the portions smaller not like any other taco bell I’ve been to got nacho bell grande put the chips on the side they put all the beef, cheese etc. in a kfc bowl any other Taco Bell I go to just put the same container the chips would be in any Taco Bell ive been to doesn’t have an issue putting it in the container the chips go into
Some KFC s are very good. This is not one of them. Smelled, dirty looking kitchen, messy front end, one bathroom out of order. Sorry but most are better.

We had the WORST experience here tonight. The wait was long for our kids' KFC portion of the meal. Granted it might have been ready sitting on the counter, but they didn't announce the order for us to pick up and the man at the register wouldn't pay attention to us when we wanted to ask if it was ours or to show that the taco Bell portion of our food was completely wrong. So we had to wait several minutes to get his attention to ask if it was our KFC food and to show that my cantina bowl was very wrong. I asked for my money back, but he wanted to remake it. He was wearing food prep gloves while handling money, so when he ran off to make it I asked the lady who looked like she might be a team lead or manager if she could make sure he washed his hands after handling money. My bowl was still incorrect after that and then I found out my husband's order was all wrong. They charged him for something completely different than what he asked and it was more money. At this point I was too upset after being over charged for wrong food and waiting 30 minutes, so I couldn't stand to be in the building any longer. I just want my money back.

Completely strange experience, The women or man not sure the pronoun was so slow and had zero knowledge of the items offered. Than the lady working pick up spoke no English, Zero … Our wait time in drive through was unacceptable and well the food was cold .
