We loved the main inn but the “Carriage House” we stayed in wasn’t great. Our room was awkward (3 wall switches, none of them were for a light, 1 was for the ceiling fan). Breakfast was confusing…there wasn’t much to choose from, it was cold, and our family was all charged different even though we got the same things. We loved the staff and would come again if the price was right.

I had a wonderful stay with my daughter and mother-in-law. The breakfast in the common area was always a delight. The “homey” feel was very nice, I highly recommend staying.

We loved our stay at at OneSixtyFive! Beautiful room and house. We loved the bar in the evening and the breakfast was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! We will stay there again if we are back in the area.
Rooms: The room was beautifully decorated. There was not a TV but we didn’t want one.
Walkability: There are restaurants and little shops that were close by and a Gazebo that was nice. We didn’t have much time to shop but it looked convenient.
Food and drinks: There is a little bar with a romantic ambiance that we were able to enjoy a couple drinks in the evening to wind down after a long night. The breakfast menu had gluten free options and was very good.

Wonderful place to stay! Right in the center of Brunswick, close to Bowdoin College, yet just off a quiet street. Very comfortable accommodations, suitably modernized. We enjoyed two breakfasts there, then, by evening, walked to nearby dinner spots. A great mini-vacation!
Walkability: Easy walking distance to so much of Brunswick!

A beautiful, intimate, gorgeously, decorated, restful, well serviced establishment. We took the train from the Boston area and walked across the park green to this conveniently located country Inn. Alice greeted us warmly and situated us in a beautiful room and supplied everything we needed for our comfort. The breakfast was gourmet, and we even enjoyed a beer and dessert in the charming tavern of the inn. There is a lot to see and do on foot. We walked to the Sea Dog Brewing Company, crossing the bridge spanning a ferocious waterfall. We marveled at the splendid landscapes of Maine featured in the Bayview art gallery. We were delighted with the beautifully presented Japanese food at Little Tokyo. Finally, the museums at nearby Bowdoin College exceeded expectations. All in all, a most satisfying visit. We highly recommend the OneSixtyFive Inn on Park Row.

My stay with 165 was easy and convenient for activities I was conducting at Bowdoin College. Literally a 5 minute walk from the campus is wonderful. The room was comfortable and clean and quiet and the breakfasts (extra) were fantastic. I would recommend. It is also great being so close to the grocery story too.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner at OneSixtyFive a few weeks ago, and it was the most wonderful experience. The food was unparalleled - Stacie and her team were excellent. I would highly recommend hosting a wedding or dinner at OneSixtyFive - you will not regret it.
Great experience and accommodations. Would like to see breakfast included in price of room reservation.

I value the basics more than the frills and they have excellent basics. Most importantly the bed was perfectly comfortable which I have never before said about a hotel bed. Also, the smell of the room was neutral—no smell of cleaning products. The air conditioner was also very efficient. The shower had a strong spray and there was ample hot water. I also found the windows to very effectively block out external sounds. And the shades were very effective at blocking the light. Well deserves my 5 stars!

Elevated creative dishes at breakfast, then dinner 4-9p daily. Great for locals when everything is closed Sun./Mondays. It isn’t just for hotel guests.
Ideal quiet setting for business meals or meeting friends for 2-12 people, Zooms, etc.
Such a gem! The food was so good, came back the next day w/ friends. Friendly service is on point, like you're being welcomed into the owner's elegant home.
Sweet indoor dining room is light & bright. Service also avail on the outdoor patio or rocking chairs on wraparound porch overlooking the town main square's park.
Nearby activities: Walkable to downtown, Bowdoin College’s art museum, Maine State Music Theatre. 15-min drive to Brunswick waterfront, Harpswell, Reid State Park, Maritime Museum, commerce in Topsham (Target, Reny’s, Home Depot, Lowe’s).
Safety: Located in a very nice area.
Walkability: Prime location at the start of downtown Brunswick’s Main St. Next to Bowdoin College & Maine State Music Theatre. Wraparound porch overlooks the town square where summer concerts are held.
Food and drinks: Every dish is made w/ extra care & special ingredients that differentiates them from a basic restaurant.
Noteworthy details: Feels like you’re enjoying a friend’s elegant home. Perfect for a pre-show dinner if you’re going to Maine State Music Theatre.

A lovely hotel with a quaint front porch where we had a glass of wine and chatted with the other guests. The breakfast was very good, although not included. The en-suite room was spacious, and the grounds were lovely. Plenty of parking.
Food & drinks: A full service bar with attentive staff
